基于文本分析的国内模仿创业研究评述

【摘要】:搜集国内2001~2016年5月发表在核心期刊上关于模仿创业的文献,并借鉴扎根理论的编码技术对此进行定性分析。研究表明:模仿创业简单来说是一种示范效应,模仿型创业者借助某种渠道观察领先企业的成功事件,并在示范作用的影响下,通过创业认知即观察学习,在创业动机的刺激下实施创业行为。模仿创业受外界环境、信息不对称及产品开发等因素的影响;模仿创业活动引致技术知识的扩散、进而产生自主知识产权,从而促进创新;模仿创业可以降低创业风险、形成后发竞争优势。
[Abstract]:The literature on imitation entrepreneurship published in the core journals in China from 2001 to May 2016 was collected and qualitatively analyzed using coding technology based on rooted theory. The research shows that imitating entrepreneurship is a simple demonstration effect. Imitation entrepreneurs observe the successful events of leading enterprises through some channel, and under the influence of demonstration, observe and learn through entrepreneurial cognition, and carry out entrepreneurial behavior under the stimulation of entrepreneurial motivation. Factors such as asymmetric information and product development; imitating entrepreneurial activities lead to the diffusion of technical knowledge, and then generate independent intellectual property rights, thereby promoting innovation; imitating entrepreneurship can reduce the risk of entrepreneurship and form a late-development competitive advantage.
