旋转导向钻井模型的控制系统设计与开发

【摘要】:随着石油钻探技术不断发展,旋转导向钻井技术日益重要。动态指向旋转导向钻井代表着高精度导向钻井技术发展方向,以其井眼结构好、井眼轨迹控制精度高等特点备受关注。国外知名油服公司已经具备旋转导向钻井服务能力,但是对中国市场只提供昂贵的钻井技术服务并不销售产品。因此,研究具有自主知识产权的指向式旋转导向钻井系统,可以打破国外技术垄断,缩短国内外在导向钻井技术方面的差距,具有重要意义。本文针对两套动态指向式旋转导向钻井模型,开展旋转导向钻井理论探讨和控制系统设计工作,为国产动态指向式旋转导向钻井系统的研制奠定基础。本文研究工作如下:1.综合分析旋转导向钻井技术的国内外发展现状,从不同角度对旋转导向钻井技术进行分析比较。2.介绍国外几种典型旋转导向钻井系统的工作原理,分析双偏心圆环调节机构的调节原理,给出结构弯角与内偏心环旋转角度之间的理论关系。结合角位置控制中存在的角度突变问题,提出了一种实用的角度映射方案。3.分析第一代旋转导向模型的工作原理,设计开发了该模型控制系统。4.基于第二代旋转导向钻井模型,设计传感器测量方案并进行测试,进行了电机选型与执行器结构设计、调试等工作。5.基于第二代旋转导向钻井模型,设计开发了重力工具面角双闭环控制系统并进行测试,测试结果满足第二代模型导向钻井功能的要求,为下一步工作奠定了良好基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of petroleum drilling technology, rotary steering drilling technology is becoming more and more important. Dynamic directional rotary steering drilling represents the development direction of high precision steering drilling technology, and its hole structure is good. The high precision of borehole trajectory control has attracted much attention. Foreign well-known oil clothing companies already have the capability of rotary steering drilling, but they only provide expensive drilling technology services to the Chinese market and do not sell products. The research on directional rotary steering drilling system with independent intellectual property rights can break the monopoly of foreign technology and shorten the gap in guiding drilling technology at home and abroad. This paper aims at two sets of dynamic directional rotary steering drilling models, and develops the research of rotary steering drilling theory and the design of control system. It lays a foundation for the development of domestic dynamic directional rotary steering drilling system. The research work in this paper is as follows: 1. A comprehensive analysis of the development of rotary steering drilling technology at home and abroad, This paper analyzes and compares the rotary steering drilling technology from different angles. 2. Introduces the working principles of several typical rotary steering drilling systems abroad, and analyzes the regulating principle of the double eccentric ring regulating mechanism. The theoretical relationship between the angle of the structure bend and the rotation angle of the inner eccentricity ring is given. A practical angle mapping scheme. 3. The working principle of the first generation rotation guide model is analyzed. Based on the second generation rotary steering drilling model, the sensor measurement scheme is designed and tested, and the motor selection and actuator structure design are carried out. Based on the second generation rotary steering drilling model, a double closed loop control system for gravity tool face angle is designed and tested. The test results meet the requirements of the second generation model steering drilling function. For the next work laid a good foundation.
