知识产权与企业经营业绩的相关性检验——基于沪市A股上市公司数据

【摘要】：本文基于2012~2014年沪市A股上市公司数据,对知识产权与企业经营业绩的相关性进行实证研究。结果表明:就整个市场而言,知识产权与企业经营业绩存在显著的正相关性,但不同行业的知识产权对企业经营业绩的影响不同。其中,对以信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业为代表的知识密集型行业以及制造业的影响显著;对以电力、热力、燃气生产与供应行业为代表的资本密集型行业的影响则不显著,对以批发和零售业为代表的商品流通行业的影响同样不显著。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of A share listed companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2012 to 2014, this paper makes an empirical study on the correlation between intellectual property rights and business performance.The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between intellectual property rights and business performance in the whole market, but the impact of intellectual property rights in different industries on business performance is different.Among them, the impact on knowledge-intensive industries, such as information transmission, software and information technology services, as well as manufacturing industries, is significant.The influence of the capital-intensive industries represented by the gas production and supply industries is not significant, and the impact on the commodity circulation industries represented by the wholesale and retail trade is also not significant.
