【摘要】:中小企业在当前信息变幻、市场竞争、多元动态的国际国内竞争环境中,在国家的经济发展中日益发挥着经济的推动、就业的缓解、市场的活力等功能与成效。然而综观当前中小企业在国民经济中作用彰显的同时,,其生命力能否持续就愈发重要。公司发展战略是企业生存与发展的航标,亦是企业生存与发展的原动力,因此本文以GXSY公司为实例,以理论与实践相统一、分析与综合相结合、历时与共时相渗透的分析与考察方法,探究GXSY公司的发展方向与可能,并制定公司发展战略及战略实施的措施。 GXSY公司是一个产品和技术更新较快的化工新材料企业,对该公司的发展战略研究拟分为六个部分,首先就研究背景及意义做出梳理,在查阅相关文献与书籍基础上厘清国内外研究现状,并明确研究思路与方法、研究的内容与框架;第二对GXSY公司发展的现实环境进行分析,以PEST分析法对公司宏观环境(经济、法律、社会、经济、生态、技术)进行分析,审视其行业环境(行业市场、潜在利弊、行业主体),再以波特五竞争模型对竞争环境(当前竞争对手、潜在竞争对手、竞争环境总体分析)进行分析;第三对GXSY公司发展的内部条件进行分析,对GXSY运营能力(人力资源能力、技术资源能力、销售资源能力)加以解析,从而对GXSY公司内部条件进行SWOT审视;第四对GXSY公司发展战略方案进行分析与选择,在战略目标确立的基础上,制定战略方案,并进行战略匹配度考察,以期制定合适并可行的公司发展战略方案;第五对GXSY公司发展战略方案实施的保障条件与措施进行评估与制定,在确定公司发展战略实施的保障条件基础上,从组织结构的优化、人才资源的提升、资金管控的强化、专业技术的升级、知识产权的保护五个方面提出实施对策措施;最后就研究总体做出结论总结、局限反思及未来展望。研究方法上综合运用理论与实践相统一、分析与综合相结合、历时与共时相渗透的方法,以全方位解读GXSY公司发展战略的环境分析、战略制定与实现可能。
[Abstract]:In the current information changing, market competition, multi-dynamic international and domestic competition environment, small and medium-sized enterprises are increasingly playing the role and effect of economic promotion, employment relief, market vitality and so on in the national economic development.However, while the role of SMEs in the national economy is evident, the vitality of SMEs becomes more and more important.The development strategy of the company is not only the navigation mark for the survival and development of the enterprise, but also the motive force for the survival and development of the enterprise. Therefore, this paper takes GXSY Company as an example, unifies theory and practice, and combines analysis and synthesis.The analysis and investigation method of diachronic and synchronic infiltration, explore the development direction and possibility of GXSY Company, and formulate the development strategy of the company and the measures to implement the strategy.GXSY Company is a new chemical material enterprise with rapid product and technology renewal. The research on its development strategy is divided into six parts. Firstly, the research background and significance are combed.On the basis of consulting relevant literature and books, this paper clarifies the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies the research ideas and methods, contents and framework of the research. Secondly, it analyzes the real environment of the development of GXSY Company, and uses the PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment of the company.Legal, social, economic, ecological, technological) analysis, examine its industry environment (industry market, potential advantages and disadvantages, industry main body, then Porter five competitive model of the competitive environment (current competitors, potential competitors),The third is the analysis of the internal conditions of the development of GXSY, and the analysis of the GXSY operation capability (human resources, technical resources, sales resources).In order to examine the internal conditions of GXSY Company by SWOT, the fourth is to analyze and select the development strategy plan of GXSY Company, and on the basis of the establishment of strategic objectives, to formulate the strategic plan, and to investigate the degree of strategic matching.In order to formulate appropriate and feasible company development strategy plan; fifth, to evaluate and formulate the guarantee conditions and measures for the implementation of the GXSY company development strategy plan, on the basis of determining the guarantee conditions for the implementation of the company development strategy,From the optimization of organizational structure, the promotion of human resources, the strengthening of capital control, the upgrading of professional technology, the protection of intellectual property rights, the paper puts forward the implementation countermeasures.In the research method, the integrated application of theory and practice, the combination of analysis and synthesis, the diachronic and synchronic infiltration method are used to interpret the environmental analysis of GXSY company's development strategy and the possibility of strategy formulation and realization.
