【摘要】:随着我国科技经济的迅猛发展,生活节奏的加快,人们对交通工具的质量要求越来越高。面对公路、海运和航空的高速发展,铁路作为国民经济的大动脉,面临着严峻的挑战。这种发展趋势,促使铁路部门必须加快铁路运输的高速发展,实现铁路的重载化、高速化、现代化的建设。 高速铁路是实现与高速发展的经济社会环境相适应的最有效的运输工具。我国高速铁路的研究与投入是在吸收学习世界各国的高铁先进技术的基础上,结合我国的经济实力、科技实力、幅员、工商业布局、人口分布等具体国情,贯通到自己的科技体系中,并在较短的时间内应用于高铁建设中,取得了举世瞩目的成就。调度集中是高铁区别于其它等级铁路的重要的标志性技术环节,通过合理的运用调度组织技术,安装调度设备,合理的布置分工,使各种高铁设备正常有序的得到使用,充分发挥各种高速铁路的技术设备优势,为社会进步和经济发展做出真正的贡献。本文主要对以下几个方面内容进行了研究: 1.分析了当前国内外客运专线调度指挥系统的发展现状。首先对国外高铁发展强国(主要针对美国、德国、瑞典、挪威、法国、日本等等国家)的客运专线调度指挥系统的研究立项、形成发展到实践运用进行简要介绍,再对我国客运专线调度指挥系统的产生与发展现状进行了介绍,并对存在的问题,通过对比,得到我国在高铁的调度指挥领域已经具有独立的知识产权,居于世界竞争中的有利地位。 2.探究了分散自律CTC系统设备及功能的有关理论。从CTC技术设备角度提出了对车站、区间、通信和信号设备的要求及工作原理,而后又从系统功能的角度提出了CTC除实现列车调度指挥系统的全部功能外,还应实现列车编组信息管理、调车作业管理、综合维修管理、列/调车进路人工和计划自动选排、分散自律控制等功能。 3.设计了哈齐客运专线CTC调度指挥系统。按照设计原则,设计了哈齐客运专线CTC调度指挥机构、主要行车人员的职责与调度员作业办法、CTC调度员接发列车作业、非正常情况下的调度处理办法的顺序等等,从而构建了适合哈齐客运专线线路实际要求的CTC调度指挥系统。 结果表明,按照分散自律CTC系统原理结合哈齐客运专线的地形、地貌、运输情况等,设计出哈齐客专的CTC调度指挥系统,具有现实意义和实现的可能。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology economy and the quickening pace of life, the quality of transportation is becoming more and more demanding.Facing the rapid development of highway, sea transportation and aviation, railway, as the artery of national economy, is facing severe challenges.This trend of development urges the railway department to speed up the high-speed development of railway transportation and realize the construction of heavy haul, high speed and modernization of railway.High-speed railway is the most effective means of transportation to adapt to the rapid development of economic and social environment.The research and investment of high-speed railway in our country is based on absorbing and learning advanced high-speed railway technology from all over the world, combining the specific conditions of our country's economic strength, scientific and technological strength, size, industrial and commercial layout, population distribution, etc.Through its own science and technology system, and in a relatively short period of time to apply in the construction of high-speed rail, has made remarkable achievements.Dispatching centralization is an important symbolic technical link of high-speed railway, which is different from other grade railways. Through the rational use of dispatching organization technology, installation of dispatching equipment and rational arrangement of division of labor, all kinds of high-speed railway equipment can be used in a normal and orderly manner.Give full play to the technical and equipment advantages of various high-speed railways and make real contributions to social progress and economic development.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:1.The development status of dispatching command system of passenger dedicated line at home and abroad is analyzed.First of all, a brief introduction is given to the research project of the passenger dedicated line dispatching command system of foreign high-speed rail development powers (mainly aimed at the United States, Germany, Sweden, Norway, France, Japan and other countries), and its formation and development to practical application.Then it introduces the emergence and development of the dispatching command system of China's passenger dedicated Line, and obtains that our country already has independent intellectual property rights in the field of dispatch and command of high-speed railway by comparing the existing problems.To occupy a favorable position in world competition.2.This paper probes into the theory about the equipment and function of decentralized autonomous CTC system.From the point of view of CTC technology and equipment, the requirements and working principle of station, interval, communication and signal equipment are put forward. Then, from the point of view of system function, CTC is put forward to realize all the functions of train dispatching command system.The functions of train marshalling information management, shunting operation management, comprehensive maintenance management, manual and planned automatic selection and scheduling of train / shunting route, and decentralized self-discipline control should also be realized.3.The CTC dispatching command system of Haqi passenger dedicated Line is designed.According to the design principle, this paper designs the CTC dispatching command organization of Haqi passenger dedicated line, the responsibilities of the main train personnel and the operation methods of the dispatchers, the order of the dispatching and handling methods under abnormal conditions, etc.Thus, a CTC dispatching command system suitable for the practical requirements of Haqi passenger dedicated Line is constructed.The results show that according to the principle of decentralized autonomous CTC system combined with the terrain, geomorphology and transportation situation of the Haqi passenger dedicated line, the CTC dispatching and command system of the Haqi passenger dedicated line is designed, which is of practical significance and possible to be realized.
