三相卧螺离心机转鼓动静态分析及参数优化

【摘要】:螺旋离心机广泛应用于石油化工、石油炼制、煤炭、医药、轻工等多个行业,其中用于三相分离的卧式螺旋卸料沉降离心机(以下简称三相卧螺离心机),在处理炼油厂油性污泥的回收利用方面有良好的效果。本课题来源于中国石油化工股份有限公司《油性污泥油水废渣三相分离技术开发》的项目,对三相卧螺离心机进行了自主设计和研究,目的是为了对三相分离设备进行国产化攻关,形成具有自主知识产权的三相分离技术及设备。 转鼓是三相卧螺离心机的重要部件,其结构和参数不仅影响卧螺离心机的工艺性能,也决定着卧螺离心机的使用寿命和运行安全。讨转鼓参数在不同工况下对转鼓强度和刚度的影响以及转鼓自身的振动特性,对卧螺离心机的设计和优化具有指导意义。本文的主要研究内容包括以下四个方面: (1)分析和讨论LWS400三相卧螺离心机的工作原理和转鼓参数; (2)介绍对转鼓进行动、静态有限元分析的方法,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对LWS400三相卧螺离心机转鼓进行静力分析,并讨论LWS400三相卧螺离心机转鼓的主要结构参数和操作参数在不同工况下对转鼓强度和刚度的影响; (3)利用ANSYS Workbench软件对LWS400三相卧螺离心机转鼓进行模态分析,确定转鼓的固有频率,避免卧螺离心机发生共振; (4)在满足卧螺离心机安全运行的条件下,利用ANSYS Workbench软件对转鼓进行结构参数和操作参数的寻优。 基于上述讨论内容,本文获得以下研究成果: (1)获得了转鼓结构参数和操作参数在不同工况下对转鼓强度和刚度的影响规律,并以此为基础,对转鼓参数进行优化获得新的转鼓模型。优化后的转鼓,质量更轻,,启动功耗更低;优化后的转鼓操作参数,分离因数更高,工艺性能得到提升; (2)通过模态分析获得了转鼓的固有频率和相应的振型。
[Abstract]:Spiral centrifuges are widely used in petrochemical, petroleum refining, coal, medicine, light industry and other industries,The horizontal spiral discharge centrifuge used for three-phase separation (hereinafter referred to as three-phase horizontal centrifuge) has a good effect on the recovery and utilization of oily sludge in oil refinery.This subject comes from the project of "Development of Three-phase Separation Technology for oily sludge, Oil and Water waste Slag" of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd., and has carried on the independent design and the research to the three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge.The purpose of this paper is to develop three-phase separation technology and equipment with independent intellectual property.Drum is an important part of three-phase horizontal centrifuge. Its structure and parameters not only affect the technological performance of the horizontal centrifuge, but also determine the service life and operation safety of the horizontal spiral centrifuge.The influence of drum parameters on drum strength and stiffness and the vibration characteristics of drum itself under different working conditions are discussed. It is of guiding significance for the design and optimization of horizontal screw centrifuge.The main contents of this paper include the following four aspects:1) the working principle and drum parameters of LWS400 three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge are analyzed and discussed.This paper introduces the method of dynamic and static finite element analysis of rotary drum, and makes static analysis of the drum of LWS400 three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge by using ANSYS Workbench software.The influence of the main structure parameters and operating parameters of LWS400 three-phase horizontal spiral centrifuge drum on the drum strength and stiffness under different working conditions is also discussed.(3) the modal analysis of the drum of LWS400 three-phase horizontal centrifuge is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench software to determine the natural frequency of the drum and avoid the resonance of the horizontal spiral centrifuge.4) under the condition of satisfying the safe operation of the horizontal spiral centrifuge, the structural and operational parameters of the drum are optimized by ANSYS Workbench software.Based on the above discussion, this paper obtains the following results:1) the influence of drum structure parameters and operation parameters on drum strength and stiffness under different working conditions is obtained, and based on this, a new drum model is obtained by optimizing the drum parameters.The optimized drum has lighter quality and lower start-up power, and the optimized drum operation parameters have higher separation factor and higher process performance.2) the natural frequency and the corresponding modes of the drum are obtained by modal analysis.
