厦门Q照明公司商务模式分析

【摘要】:近年来,节能照明行业作为节能减排和绿色环保首当其冲的行业一直快速发展,正成为全球科技创新和产品更新换代的主要战场之一。但由于节能照明行业长期缺乏系统标准、法规的规范,在知识产权、市场价格与行业准入等诸多方面上存在较大混乱,因此,跨入这个行业相对简单,但要生存下来,进而做大做强却很困难。 论文尝试从商务模式构建的角度分析企业创立后生存与发展的过程,从而尝试论证新创立企业成长过程中商务模式确定与演化的重要性。论文以哈佛大学的商务模式理论为基础,以厦门Q照明公司为案例分析对象,通过对新创立照明企业的各种商务模式的比较,结合对厦门Q照明公司的实地调查,对该公司在照明行业创立后的商务模式进行研究,从盈利来源、成本结构、投资规模与关键成功因素等方面入手进行详细分析,通过这种分析来探讨厦门Q照明公司如何从一个行业门外汉跨入节能照明行业,然后如何利用资源共享实现盈利,以及如何通过价值链定位实现企业做大做强的商务模式。 论文认为Q照明公司之所以能取得成功正是因为选择了比较恰当的商务模式,并且根据实际情况进行不断的调整和演化是保持企业成功的重要因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the industry of energy-saving lighting has been developing rapidly as the industry of energy saving and emission reduction and green environmental protection. It is becoming one of the main battlefields of global scientific and technological innovation and product upgrading. However, due to the lack of systematic standards, regulations and regulations in the energy-saving lighting industry for a long time, there is considerable confusion in many aspects, such as intellectual property rights, market prices and access to the industry. Therefore, it is relatively simple to step into this industry, but it is necessary to survive. It is difficult to be big and strong. This paper attempts to analyze the process of survival and development after the establishment of a business model from the perspective of business model construction, thus trying to demonstrate the importance of the determination and evolution of the business model in the growth process of a newly established enterprise. Based on the business model theory of Harvard University, this paper takes Xiamen Q Lighting Company as the case study object, through the comparison of various business models of newly established lighting enterprises, combined with the field investigation of Xiamen Q Lighting Company. After the establishment of the lighting industry, the business model of the company is studied, and the profit source, cost structure, investment scale and key success factors are analyzed in detail. Through this analysis, this paper discusses how Xiamen Q Lighting Company has stepped into the energy-saving lighting industry from a layman, and then how to use the resource sharing to realize the profit, and how to realize the business model of making enterprises bigger and stronger through the orientation of value chain. It is believed that Q Lighting Company is successful because it chooses a more appropriate business model and constantly adjusts and evolves according to the actual situation is an important factor to maintain the success of the enterprise.
