耐高温耐黄变UV树脂的合成及光成像与光固化白色阻焊油墨的研究

【摘要】:白色阻焊油墨是主要用于印刷LED产品线路板的特殊功能材料,主要起阻焊和反光作用。众所周知,白色的反光效果最好,可尽可能减少光损,使光源更加节能。可是由于高温耐黄变性差,国内的生产厂家需将油墨做成蓝白色,而高端的纯白色阻焊油墨的产品与技术被国外大型企业垄断。本研究的目的是克服高温易黄变、白色体系因对光反射强而UV固化困难等技术难题,研制出具有自主知识产权的两种不同类型(光成像及光固化型)白色阻焊油墨。首先合成光成像白色阻焊油墨用的耐高温耐黄变碱溶性UV树脂,从分子设计入手,选择不带苯基的具有良好耐高温耐黄变性能同时兼顾其他性能的单体进行聚合反应,然后用丙烯酸、酸酐分两步对该共聚物进行改性,制备三种碱溶性UV树脂;发现催化剂加入方式、阻聚剂的种类等条件对合成碱溶性UV树脂反应有显著影响,单体的种类、酸值对碱溶性UV树脂的耐热性、Tg等性能影响较大;并用FT-IR、TG、DSC、GPC等图谱表征其合成过程和性能。然后用上述自制的碱溶性UV树脂作为基体树脂进行配方研究,制成光成像白色阻焊油墨;发现碱溶性树脂种类、树脂的酸值、树脂的粘度(分子量)、光引发剂的组成和配比、填料的种类和用量等对油墨性能有显著影响;选定了油墨的基体树脂为酸值在80-100之间,粘度范围在30000-40000mpa·s(25℃)的SZ01-GMA-HEMA碱溶性UV树脂并确定了综合性能最佳的光成像白色阻焊油墨配方;油墨涂膜具有耐高温且耐黄变、高反射率(86%)、高硬度(6H)、高附着力(一级)、易表干、易显影、耐酸碱等特点,达到光成像白色阻焊油墨应用要求。最后进行脂环族环氧UV树脂的合成及光固化型白色阻焊油墨的研究,选择几种液态脂环族环氧树脂进行丙烯酸改性得到脂环族环氧UV树脂,通过红外光谱对其结构进行分析,用TG对其耐热性进行分析;以上述自制UV树脂配成油墨进行分析,考查了脂环族环氧UV树脂种类、光引发剂的种类和用量、活性单体的种类和用量、固化时间等因素对油墨性能的影响,结果表明用AA-UV-TTA26制成的油墨配方各性能优良并确定了各组份的最佳配比,所得光固化白色阻焊油墨硬度、附着力、耐高温等性能俱佳。
[Abstract]:White welding resistance ink is mainly used for printing LED products circuit board special function material, mainly for resistance welding and reflective effect. As we all know, the best effect of white light reflection, as far as possible to reduce light loss, make light more energy-saving. However, due to the high temperature resistance to yellowing, domestic manufacturers need to make ink blue and white, and high-end pure white welding ink products and technologies are monopolized by large foreign enterprises. The purpose of this study is to overcome the technical problems of high temperature and yellowing, white system is difficult to be cured by UV because of its strong light reflection, and two different types of white resistance ink (light imaging and light curing) with independent intellectual property rights have been developed. First of all, the high-temperature yellowing resistant alkali-soluble UV resin for light imaging white resistance ink was synthesized. Starting with the molecular design, the monomer without phenyl was selected for polymerization, which had good resistance to high temperature and yellow resistance and other properties at the same time. Then the copolymers were modified with acrylic acid and anhydride in two steps to prepare three kinds of alkali-soluble UV resins. The acid value had a great effect on the heat resistance and TG of alkali-soluble UV resin, and the synthesis process and properties of the resin were characterized by FT-IRT TGX DSC-GPC spectra. Then using the alkali-soluble UV resin as the base resin to make the light imaging white resistance ink, it was found that the alkali soluble resin, the acid value of the resin, the viscosity of the resin (molecular weight, composition and proportion of photoinitiator), The type and amount of filler have a significant effect on the ink performance, the base resin of the ink is selected as SZ01-GMA-HEMA alkali-soluble UV resin with acid value between 80-100 and viscosity range of 25 鈩,
