技术外部效应下产业共生行为演化博弈分析

【摘要】：文章基于加入技术外部效应的演化博弈模型对产业共生行为进行了分析,发现企业群体在共生策略下获得的利润增值和政府补贴之和与共生成本之间的大小关系,对企业群体共生决策有很大的影响。当政府给予的环保补贴足够大、合作成本足够小、污染排放费足够大、合作的技术外部效应足够大、不合作的技术外部效应足够小时,企业群体将倾向于采取共生策略。通过仿真分析,进一步发现产业系统演化也受到企业群中初始共生比例的影响。当企业群体共生策略的净收益大于0时,对方群体的共生比例越大,本群体共生比例会逐渐增大直至双方均达到稳定的共生状态,反之亦成立。最后,研究认为可以从四个方面促进产业共生:加大政府环保补贴投入、引入并引导行业领头企业带动共生、强化污染排放费及排放权交易制度、有力落实知识产权制度。
[Abstract]:Based on the evolutionary game model of technology externality, this paper analyzes the symbiotic behavior of industry, and finds out the relationship between the profit increment and the sum of government subsidies and the symbiotic cost obtained by the enterprise group under the symbiotic strategy. It has great influence on enterprise group symbiosis decision. When the government gives the environmental protection subsidy large enough, the cooperation cost is small enough, the pollution emission fee is big enough, the cooperation technology external effect is big enough, the uncooperative technology external effect is enough hours, the enterprise group will tend to adopt the symbiosis strategy. Through the simulation analysis, it is further found that the evolution of industrial system is also affected by the initial symbiotic ratio in the enterprise group. When the net income of the enterprise group symbiosis strategy is more than 0, the larger the symbiotic proportion of the other group, the more the symbiotic proportion of the group will gradually increase until both sides reach a stable symbiotic state, and vice versa. Finally, the author thinks that the industry symbiosis can be promoted from four aspects: increasing the investment of government environmental protection subsidy, introducing and guiding the leading enterprises to drive symbiosis, strengthening the pollution emission fee and emission right trading system, and implementing the intellectual property system.
