【摘要】:定向取心技术,是一种特殊取心技术,它能够确定岩心所处地层裂缝的倾角、倾向等要素,它主要由定向取心工具、无磁钻铤、电子多点测量仪和岩心复位仪等组成。定向取心技术对地质构造的研究,尤其是裂缝性油气田裂缝分布规律的研究,以及制定合理开发方案具有非常重要意义。本次研究首先要深入调研国内外技术,并针对现有技术的弊端进行分析,结合实际情况,开展工具方面的研究。通过地面试验和现场应用,改进完善定向取心技术,使之具备现场应用的能力。工具改进的技术关键主要是定向取心工具和电子多点测斜仪的啮合、定向取心工具配件的改进和岩心地面复位解释技术。定向取心工具配件要达到岩心出地面能够复位的要求,定向取心钻头则是研究出适应不同地层钻头。岩心地面复位解释技术也是定向取心技术研究的关键。“定向取心技术研究”是在常规自锁式取心工具基础上,设计了DX101-A型定向取心工具,独创性地研制了三刻刀岩心爪总成,研究了电子多点测量仪与定向取心工具的啮合,研究并制成了岩心地面复位仪及岩心复位解释技术等一整套具有自主知识产权的DX101-A型定向取心工具与技术,制定了科学实用的操作规程和现场施工措施。
[Abstract]:Directional coring is a special coring technique, which can determine the inclination and inclination of the formation fracture in which the core is located. It mainly consists of directional coring tool, non-magnetic drill collar, electronic multi-point measuring instrument and core reset instrument. Directional coring technique is of great significance to the study of geological structure, especially to the distribution of fracture in fractured oil and gas fields, and to the formulation of reasonable development plan. In this study, firstly, the domestic and foreign technologies should be investigated deeply, and the disadvantages of the existing technologies should be analyzed, and the tools should be studied in combination with the actual situation. Through ground test and field application, improve the directional coring technology and make it have the ability of field application. The key technology of tool improvement is the meshing of directional coring tool and electronic multi-point inclinometer, the improvement of directional coring tool fittings and the interpretation technology of core ground reset. The directional coring tool fittings should meet the requirement that the core out of the ground can be reset, and the directional coring bit is a bit adapted to different strata. The core ground reset interpretation technique is also the key to the research of directional coring technology. On the basis of the conventional self-locking coring tool, DX101-A type directional coring tool was designed, and the three-notch cutter core claw assembly was developed, and the meshing between the electronic multi-point measuring instrument and the directional coring tool was studied. A set of DX101-A directional coring tools and techniques with independent intellectual property rights, such as core ground reset instrument and core reset interpretation technology, have been developed, and scientific and practical operation rules and site construction measures have been established.
