飞机座舱内流场的数值模拟研究

【摘要】:随着社会的快速发展,人们乘坐飞机出行的频率越来越高,虽然每年高峰时期中国各大机场均人满为患,但是飞行于我国上空的大型客机均来自国外进口,为了抓住未来大型客、货机市场,中国需要加紧研发自己的大型飞机。与此同时诞生的如何营造飞机客舱环境的问题给了我们暖通行业一个契机,良好的客舱内环境是保证乘客及乘务人员健康舒适及安全的关键因素。对于客舱环境的营造,目前常用的手段是采用CFD方法进行模拟,为客机座舱的环境控制系统设计提供相关依据。目前市场上已经出现了将近50余款的商用CFD模拟软件,但这些模拟软件主要被国外的研究单位或者公司所有,价格昂贵、且研究者很难将最新的研究成果加入到这些软件中,因此,开发具有自主知识产权的CFD模拟软件具有极其重要的科研价值。作者在导师的室内环境模拟程序VORTEX上进行大量改进,从而使其能更好地适用于飞机座舱环境的气流组织模拟。 首先,本文对目前的客机座舱环境进行了阐述分析,,了解了常用于客机座舱的气流组织形式,并对目前常用的混合送风及正处于理论研究阶段的地板送风及座椅送风进行了介绍。 其次,本文对建筑室内环境模拟的理论基础进行了研究,结合数值模拟程序建立了基本的控制方程组,根据数值模拟的求解步骤列出了控制方程组的离散及基本的求解方法。 第三,本文针对导师参与研发的室内环境数值模拟程序VORTEX的功能、模型及求解方法进行了简要介绍。 第四,本文对VORTEX前处理程序进了相关数据录入接口的完善,并对其计算代码进行了修改与调试。 最后,本文利用修改后的VORTEX程序与成熟商业软件AIRPAK进行模拟结果对比分析验证了其用于飞机座舱模拟的可靠性,并对两种用于客舱的不同送风方案进行了气流组织的详细模拟,分析其各自的优缺点,为国产大飞机座舱供气方案做出了初步探讨。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of society, people travel by air more and more frequently. Although the major airports in China are overcrowded every year during the peak period, the large passenger planes flying over our country are all imported from abroad. In order to capture the future market for large passenger and cargo aircraft, China needs to speed up the development of its own large aircraft. At the same time, the birth of the problem of how to create an aircraft cabin environment gives us an opportunity for the HVAC industry, a good cabin environment is a key factor to ensure the passengers and crew health, comfort and safety. For the construction of cabin environment, the commonly used method is to use CFD method to simulate the environment control system of passenger cabin, which provides the relevant basis for the design of cabin environment control system. At present, there have been more than 50 commercial CFD simulation software in the market, but these simulation software are mainly owned by foreign research units or companies, which are expensive, and it is very difficult for researchers to add the latest research results to these software. Therefore, the development of CFD simulation software with independent intellectual property rights has extremely important scientific research value. The author has made a great deal of improvement on the tutor's indoor environment simulation program VORTEX, so that it can be more suitable for airflow simulation of aircraft cockpit environment. First of all, this paper describes and analyzes the current cabin environment of passenger aircraft, and understands the airflow pattern commonly used in the cockpit of passenger aircraft. It also introduces the mixed air supply and the floor air supply and seat air supply which are in the stage of theoretical research. Secondly, this paper studies the theoretical basis of building indoor environment simulation, and establishes the basic control equations combined with the numerical simulation program, and lists the discretization and basic solving methods of the control equations according to the solving steps of the numerical simulation. Thirdly, this paper briefly introduces the function, model and solution of the indoor environment numerical simulation program VORTEX. Fourthly, this paper improves the interface of VORTEX preprocessing program, and modifies and debugs its calculation code. Finally, the simulation results of the modified VORTEX program and the commercial software AIRPAK are compared and analyzed to verify the reliability of the simulation of the aircraft cockpit, and the airflow organization of the two different air supply schemes for the cabin is simulated in detail. Their respective advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and a preliminary discussion is made for the domestic large aircraft cockpit gas supply scheme.
