裂变型企业开放式创新研究

【摘要】:在竞争日益激烈的大背景下,封闭式创新再也难以适应企业的创新速度,满足企业的创新需求,而开放式创新作为一种崭新的创新战略,成为当今越来越多企业的必然选择。不仅如此,开放式创新也引起了学术界甚至各国政府、经济组织的广泛关注。裂变型企业是一种具有独特属性和规律的企业形式,其与母体组织之间的嵌入关系是其最基本的特征。近些年来,在全世界范围内出现了大量的裂变型企业现象,如美国的硅谷就衍生出了很多裂变型企业,我国的蒙牛公司也是典型的裂变型企业,这些裂变型企业已经成为经济发展和社会进步的重要推动力。 裂变型企业作为独特的经济现象,开放式创新作为企业发展的有效模式,,都值得我们研究其规律并加以应用。基于此,本文以裂变型企业开放式创新为研究对象,以裂变型企业和开放式创新的相关理论综述为基础,按照文献综述、概念提出、因素分析、模式归纳、机制总结的研究思路,通过对现有文献的阅读总结出了裂变型企业开放式创新的内涵,分析了裂变型企业开放式创新的内外影响因素。其中,影响裂变型企业开放式创新的内部因素有经营模式、市场战略、技术属性以及资源禀赋;影响裂变型企业开放式创新的外部因素有行业特性、市场空间以及创新相关者。 进而在此基础上建立了裂变型企业开放式创新的模式,并将创新模式分为横向型开放式创新模式、纵向型开放式创新模式以及混合型开放式创新模式:横向型开放式创新模式是指在产业链相同或相近环节的若干企业为了获取共同的创新技术成果,实现创新目标而开展相互合作、风险共担、利益共享的开放式创新模式;纵向型开放式创新模式是指在产业链不同环节的若干企业为了获取共同的创新技术成果,实现创新目标而开展相互合作、风险共担、利益共享的开放式创新模式;混合型开放式创新模式,顾名思义就是把横向、纵向相结合的一种创新模式,参与者除了大学、科研机构以及政府外,还包含产业链上下游的合作企业、处于产业链相同环节的竞争企业等。 本文还从裂变型企业三种不同的开放式创新模式中总结并深入分析其运行机制,裂变型企业开放式创新运行机制包括内部创新平台、外部创新网络、知识产权管理以及创新风险管理等。其中,内部创新平台是裂变型企业开放式创新的基础,外部创新网络是裂变型企业开放式创新的补充,知识产权管理是裂变型企业开放式创新的核心,创新风险管理是裂变型企业开放式创新的前提。这四者互相关联,互相影响,缺一不可,共同推动裂变型企业开放式创新活动的成功进行。
[Abstract]:Under the background of increasingly fierce competition, closed innovation can no longer adapt to the innovation speed of enterprises and meet the innovation needs of enterprises. As a new innovation strategy, open innovation has become the inevitable choice of more and more enterprises. Not only that, open-end innovation has also attracted extensive attention from academia and even governments and economic organizations. Fission enterprise is a kind of enterprise form with unique properties and laws. The embedding relationship between fission enterprise and parent organization is its most basic feature. In recent years, a large number of fission enterprises have appeared all over the world. For example, Silicon Valley in the United States has spawned a lot of fission enterprises, and Mengniu Corporation in our country is also a typical fission enterprise. These fission enterprises have become an important driving force for economic development and social progress. Fission enterprises as a unique economic phenomenon, open innovation as an effective mode of enterprise development, we should study its laws and applications. Based on this, this paper takes the open innovation of fission enterprises as the research object, takes the relevant theories of fission enterprises and open innovation as the basis, according to the literature review, the concept, the factor analysis, the model induction, Through reading the existing literature, this paper summarizes the connotation of open innovation of fission enterprises, and analyzes the internal and external influence factors of open innovation of fission enterprises. Among them, the internal factors that affect the open innovation of fission enterprises are business model, market strategy, technology attribute and resource endowment, and the external factors that influence the open innovation of fission enterprises are industry characteristics, market space and innovation related factors. On the basis of this, the open innovation model of fission enterprise is established, and the innovation mode is divided into horizontal open innovation mode. Vertical open innovation model and mixed open innovation mode: horizontal open innovation mode refers to a number of enterprises in the same or close link of the industrial chain to obtain common innovation technology achievements. In order to achieve the goal of innovation, we should carry out mutual cooperation, share risks and share benefits. Vertical open innovation mode refers to a number of enterprises in different links of the industrial chain to obtain common innovative technological achievements. In order to achieve the goal of innovation, we should cooperate with each other, share the risks, share the benefits; the hybrid open innovation model, as its name implies, is an innovation model that combines horizontal and vertical innovation, with the exception of universities, Scientific research institutions and the government also include the upstream and downstream cooperative enterprises in the industrial chain, competitive enterprises in the same link of the industrial chain, and so on. This paper also summarizes and analyzes the operation mechanism of fission enterprise from three different open innovation modes. The open innovation operation mechanism of fission enterprise includes internal innovation platform and external innovation network. Intellectual property management and innovation risk management. Among them, internal innovation platform is the foundation of fission enterprise open innovation, external innovation network is the supplement of fission enterprise open innovation, intellectual property management is the core of fission enterprise open innovation. Innovation risk management is the premise of open innovation for fission enterprises. These four individuals are interrelated, influence each other and are indispensable to promote the successful implementation of open innovation activities of fission enterprises.
