基于资源约束的长三角木地板产业链拓展路径研究

【摘要】:我国是世界林产品生产和贸易大国,地板业是其中重要的林业产业之一。随着中国经济的持续快速增长和居民生活水平的不断提高,木地板正成为家居和商铺地面装饰的重要选择,木地板的市场需求呈上升态势。随着中国城市化进程的不断推进和房地产行业的发展,未来木地板产品的市场空间十分广阔,,木地板产业在国民经济发展和国际木地板市场中的地位日趋重要。 长三角是我国品牌地板企业最集中、地板集聚效应最显著的地区,地板产量占到全国的四成,但也存在着木材资源匮乏、产品同质化现象严重、产品质量良莠不齐、国际知名品牌缺乏等一系列问题。木地板产业在世界经济复苏乏力、人民币升值、国际贸易条件恶化以及国内房地产严格调控、各类生产要素价格上涨的背景下,行情总体较为低迷,竞争也日益加剧,整个产业正从产品和价格的竞争转向资源和产业链的竞争。加速产业链重组,拓展产业链环节,解决各类资源约束成为木地板行业适应环境变化和提升综合竞争力的必然选择。 本文对长三角木地板产业链拓展过程中面临的资源约束及其解决途径进行了以下系统研究: 运用PEST模型,对我国及长三角地区木地板产业当前所面临的政策、经济、社会、技术等宏观环境展开全面分析。同时,结合结构洞理论对波特的“五力”模型进行改进,并藉此从中观层面对木地板产业竞争环境进行分析,寻求木地板生产企业建立结构自主性竞争优势,从其他参与者的结构洞中获得信息收益和控制收益。 木地板是资源导向型产品,木地板产业链升级拓展的关键约束是木材原料能否承载木地板产业发展的资源需求。林木培育业对于保证木地板产业链长期稳定发展的原料供应具有决定性作用,木地板产业链中人工用材林的资源价值空间巨大。同时,应从资源利用效率和利润空间的差别比较研究中,优化木地板的产品种类及其结构。 木地板生产加工环节是构筑木地板产品附加值的基础。本文运用区位熵理论对长三角木地板产业链的集聚效率进行了评价,沪浙的木地板集聚效率来自于实木复合地板和实木地板的贡献,江苏则主要归功于强化木地板和实木复合地板。根据Cobb-Dauglas函数的计算结果表明,长三角木地板产业发展处于规模收益递增阶段,区域集聚效应显著,且产出随着林木资源的增加而相应增加。同时,亟需通过提高劳动者素质和加大技术创新来挖掘产业发展潜力。 木地板产业链中的营销环节存在着更大的利润空间和增值潜力。长三角木地板产业正由产品消费时代向品牌消费时代挺进,长三角木地板产业集聚对品牌孵化及其价值提升具有重要作用。在一线城市的木地板市场竞争日益激烈和市场容量日趋饱和的情况下,二、三线城市以及乡镇一级的“长尾”市场具有更大的利润空间。同时,也对木地板企业在技术、品牌、渠道等方面的纵深拓展提出了新的要求。 总之,立足国内的林木资源、加大人工原料林生产基地的建设力度,建立多元化的原料林投融资渠道、推进原料林保险制度、发展木材利用率高的地板产品;强化技术创新和完善自主知识产权与专利技术制度建设,加强科技成果的转化,创造良好的人才引进和开发条件,营造具有特色的企业文化氛围;运用技术领先的标准化策略、多品牌策略,实现清洁生产、绿色营销;对外积极应对国际贸易壁垒,对内努力开发新市场,是长三角木地板产业链升级转型的正确选择。
[Abstract]:China is a great country in the production and trade of forest products in the world. The floor industry is one of the important forestry industries. With the continuous and rapid growth of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the living standards of the residents, Kichi Izhen has become an important choice for the decoration of the home and shop floor. The market demand for wood flooring is on the rise. With the process of urbanization in China With the development of the real estate industry and the development of the real estate industry, the market space of wood flooring products is very wide in the future, and the wood floor industry is becoming more and more important in the development of national economy and the international wood floor market.
The Yangtze River Delta is the most concentrated brand floor enterprise in China, the floor agglomeration effect is the most significant area, the floor output accounts for 40% of the country, but there are also a series of questions such as the shortage of wood resources, the serious product homogenization, the quality and the good and the bad, the lack of international famous brands. The wood flooring industry is weak in the recovery of the world economy and RMB. In the background of the rising international trade conditions and the strict regulation of domestic real estate and the rising price of all kinds of production factors, the market is generally relatively low and the competition is increasing. The whole industry is changing from the competition of product and price to the competition of resources and industry chain. It becomes an inevitable choice for wood flooring industry to adapt to environmental changes and enhance comprehensive competitiveness.
This paper makes a systematic study of the resource constraints and solutions in the development of the wood flooring industry chain in the Yangtze River Delta.
The PEST model is used to analyze the macro environment of the wood flooring industry in China and the Yangtze River Delta area, such as policy, economy, society, technology and so on. At the same time, the "five forces" model of Potter is improved by combining the theory of structure hole, and the competition environment of wood floor industry is analyzed from the middle level to seek the production of wood floor. Enterprises establish independent competitive advantages and gain information gains and control benefits from the structural holes of other participants.
Wood flooring is a resource oriented product, and the key constraint for the upgrading and expansion of the wood floor industry chain is whether the wood material can carry the resource demand for the development of the wood floor industry. The forest cultivation industry plays a decisive role in ensuring the long-term stable development of the wood flooring industry chain, and the resource value of the artificial timber forest in the wood floor industry chain is empty. At the same time, we should optimize the product types and structure of wood flooring from the comparative study of resource utilization efficiency and profit space.
The wood floor production and processing link is the basis of the added value of the wood floor products. This paper uses the location entropy theory to evaluate the agglomeration efficiency of the industrial chain of the wooden floor in the Yangtze River Delta. The efficiency of the wood flooring is derived from the contribution of the solid wood flooring and the solid wood flooring in Shanghai and Zhejiang Province. Jiangsu is mainly attributed to the strengthening of the wood floor and the solid wood compound. According to the calculation results of Cobb-Dauglas function, the industrial development of the Yangtze River Delta wood flooring industry is in the stage of increasing returns of scale, the effect of regional agglomeration is remarkable, and the output is increasing with the increase of forest resources. At the same time, it is urgent to excavate the potential of industrial development by improving the quality of the workers and increasing the technological innovation.
The marketing link in the wood flooring industry chain has greater profit space and value-added potential. The timber flooring industry in the Yangtze River Delta is advancing from the era of product consumption to the era of brand consumption. The industrial agglomeration of the wood flooring industry in the Yangtze River Delta has an important role in the brand hatching and the promotion of its value. When the field capacity is saturated day by day, the two, three line cities and the "long tail" market at the first level of the township have greater profit space. At the same time, new requirements have been put forward to the depth expansion of wood flooring enterprises in the fields of technology, brand and channel.
In a word, we should base on the domestic forest resources, strengthen the construction of the production base of artificial raw material forest, establish a diversified investment and financing channel for raw material forest, promote the insurance system of the raw material forest, develop the floor products with high utilization rate of wood, strengthen the technological innovation and improve the construction of independent intellectual property and patent technology system, and strengthen the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. It is the correct choice for the upgrading and transformation of the industrial chain of the long triangle wood floor to create the favorable conditions for the introduction and development of talents and create a distinctive cultural atmosphere, and to use the standardized strategy of the technology, the multi brand strategy, the realization of clean production and green marketing, the active response to the international trade barriers and the development of the new market.
