【摘要】：正《电子知识产权》(月刊)创刊于1991年,由工业和信息化部主管,工业和信息化部电子科学技术情报研究所、部电子知识产权中心主办。本刊集理论性和实践性为一体,探讨解决理论界和实务界中最新的知识产权问题,交流国内外最新知识产权理论研究成果及司法实践经验,是国内工业行业领域唯一的知识产权学术期刊。
[Abstract]:The Electronic intellectual property Rights (monthly) was founded in 1991 and is sponsored by the Ministry of Industry and Information, the Institute of Electronic Science and Technology Information of the Ministry of Industry and Information, and the Center for Electronic intellectual property of the Ministry of Industry and Information. The journal integrates theory and practice, discusses and solves the latest intellectual property rights problems in the theoretical and practical circles, and exchanges the latest intellectual property theoretical research results and judicial practical experiences at home and abroad. It is the only intellectual property academic journal in the field of industrial industry in China.
