【摘要】：随着知识经济时代到来,知识便成为企业最重要的战略性资源。以知识资源为基础的竞争是企业竞争的重要特征,持续地获取和整合内外部知识资源,是企业提高企业突破性技术创新能力的重要途径。而隐性知识是企业突破性技术创新的源泉,是提升企业市场竞争力的重要因素。目前,我国企业技术创新还存在许多不足,比如创新思维受到局限,创新模式单一、创新水平低、注重创新的短期效应,这些问题存在的根本原因,是我国企业对隐性知识的认识和重视度不够,开发和利用力度小,忽略了企业隐性知识对于企业竞争力所起到的重要作用。在突破性技术创新过程中,企业应努力促进隐性知识吸收,建立隐性知识共享平台,形成隐性知识产权保护和激励机制,促进隐性知识吸收。因此,促进企业的隐性知识吸收对提高企业的突破性技术创新能力意义重大。转变创新模式,提高创新水平,突破性技术创新成为国内外研究的前沿和热点问题,研究突破性技术创新能力体系和隐性知识对突破性技术创新的影响,可以丰富知识管理及技术创新理论。首先,论文在知识管理与技术创新基本理论的基础上,分析隐性知识吸收的特征与吸收过程和隐性知识变化规律。阐述了隐性知识的层次结构和度量维度,提出了企业突破性技术创新中隐性知识吸收的特征,包括路径依赖性、组织性、跨边界性和超循环性等四个特征。其次分析了企业突破性技术创新中隐性知识吸收的过程。然后分析了隐性知识吸收的动力,知识主体的关系水平、信任程度、组织结构、创新氛围等都能影响隐性知识吸收的动力。隐性知识吸收必须建立系统的激励机制,把物质奖励、精神奖励和个人愿景等激励形式结合起来,推动隐性知识吸收。最后分析了隐性知识吸收的途径与波动规律。其次,论文探讨了隐性知识吸收对企业突破性技术创新能力提升的影响机理。运用演化博弈分析了突破性技术创新能力提升模型的改进方法,在博弈模型中既考虑了隐性知识提供方对隐性知识吸收方的选择博弈,也探索了平行关系企业之间的竞合博弈。借助纵向演化博弈模型和横向演化博弈模型,得出结论：在企业突破性技术创新能力提升过程中,参与隐性知识吸收的动力是双方“策略”所能得到的收益。在纵向演化模型中,企业策略选择受到知识转化效率和政府支持等因素影响,选择合作还是不合作主要取决于预期收益。平行企业之间是一种竞合关系,企业策略受技术创新的投入金额、合作效果指数、合作理性指数和合作次数等影响。双方要保持长期的合作伙伴关系,企业之间最好共同加大投入,共同承担风险,共同分享收益,建立技术创新战略联盟体。然后,论文运用实证分析,验证了隐性知识吸收对企业突破性技术创新能力提升影响。进一步确定了隐性知识吸收与突破性技术创新能力的关系,提出以创新决策能力、创新管理能力和风险抵抗能力作为突破性技术创新能力提升的主要维度。以资源获取和知识应用开发作为隐性知识吸收与突破性技术创新能力提升的中介变量。以隐性知识粘性、吸收能力、关系强度、关系稳健性、主观愿望五个方面代表隐性知识吸收。并提出隐性知识吸收对企业突破性技术创新能力提升影响路径模型。实证研究部分根据变量关系提出了研究假设,制订了数据收集方法,对数据进行了预处理,验证了数据的分布特征和效度、信度值,利用因子分析法析出了公因子。通过实证结果显示,绝大多数假设得到了验证。企业隐性知识吸收是企业资源获取和知识应用开发的一个非常关键的外部因素,并且企业隐性知识吸收的不同特征维度对企业资源获取和知识应用开发的影响存在差异。企业隐性知识吸收对突破性技术创新能力有显著的正向影响,资源获取和知识应用开发在这个过程中起中介作用。最后,论文提出提升企业突破性技术创新能力的策略。建立两栖型二元组织结构,实现组织结构的二元化和技术创新功能两栖化的完美结合,使企业突破性创新与渐进性创新相得益彰,协同发展的需要。通过建立创新社区,利用网络创新资源,激发员工创新潜能。其次,构建了企业突破性技术创新的支持系统,包括动力系统、保障系统、学习系统和激励系统,促进企业隐性知识吸收水平和企业突破性技术创新活动。再次,建立政府、中间商、顾客广泛参与,多个企业合作的创新网络平台,积极获取外界资源,提高企业突破性技术创新水平。最后部分是企业风险规避策略,提出了企业的风险类别、风险预警过程和方法和风险应对策略。论文通过对企业隐性知识吸收的研究来揭示企业突破性技术创新过程的复杂性及其规律,探讨提高企业的隐性知识吸收效率和突破性技术创新能力的提升管理方法,从而为企业的突破性技术创新能力和隐性知识吸收管理提供理论指导。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, knowledge becomes the most important strategic resource of enterprises. Competition based on knowledge resources is an important feature of enterprise competition. Continuous acquisition and integration of internal and external knowledge resources is an important way for enterprises to improve the breakthrough technology innovation ability of enterprises. The tacit knowledge is the breakthrough technology innovation of enterprises. The source is an important factor to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise market. At present, there are still many shortcomings in the technological innovation of our enterprises, such as the limitations of the innovative thinking, the single innovation model, the low innovation level, and the short-term effect of innovation. The fundamental reasons for these problems are that the knowledge and attention of Chinese enterprises are not enough and the degree of attention is not enough. In the process of breakthrough technological innovation, enterprises should strive to promote the absorption of tacit knowledge, establish a hidden knowledge sharing platform, form an implicit intellectual property protection and incentive mechanism, and promote the absorption of tacit knowledge. Therefore, it will promote the recessive enterprise. Knowledge absorption is of great significance to improving the ability of enterprise's breakthrough technology innovation. It is a frontier and hot issue to change the innovation model, improve the innovation level and breakthrough technological innovation. First, on the basis of the basic theory of knowledge management and technology innovation, the paper analyzes the characteristics and absorption process of tacit knowledge and the law of tacit knowledge change, expounds the hierarchical structure and measurement dimension of tacit knowledge, and puts forward the characteristics of the absorption of tacit knowledge in the breakthrough technological innovation of enterprises, including path dependence, organization and span. Secondly, it analyzes the four characteristics of boundary and super circulation. Secondly, the process of tacit knowledge absorption in enterprise breakthrough technological innovation is analyzed. Secondly, the paper discusses the mechanism of the influence of tacit knowledge absorption on the promotion of enterprise breakthrough technological innovation ability, and uses evolutionary game to analyze the improvement method of breakthrough technology innovation ability promotion model. In the game model, it considers both the selection game of tacit knowledge provider to the tacit knowledge receiver and the parallel relationship enterprise. The concurrence game between industries, with the help of the vertical evolutionary game model and the horizontal evolutionary game model, draws a conclusion that in the process of enterprise breakthrough technological innovation ability, the motivation to participate in the absorption of tacit knowledge is the benefit of the "strategy". In the vertical evolution model, the enterprise strategy choice is subject to the efficiency of knowledge transformation and politics. The choice of cooperation or non cooperation depends mainly on the expected income. The parallel enterprise is a kind of competing relationship. The enterprise strategy is affected by the amount of investment, the cooperation effect index, the cooperative rationality index and the number of cooperation. The two sides should maintain a long-term partnership, and the best joint venture between the enterprises should be increased. Then, the paper uses empirical analysis to verify the effect of tacit knowledge absorption on enterprise breakthrough technological innovation ability, and further determines the relationship between tacit knowledge absorption and breakthrough technological innovation ability, and proposes that the innovation ability, innovation management ability and risk resistance ability are the main promotion of breakthrough technological innovation ability. Dimension. Taking resource acquisition and knowledge application development as the intermediary variable of the absorption of tacit knowledge and the promotion of breakthrough technology innovation ability. It takes tacit knowledge stickiness, absorptive capacity, relationship strength, relationship conservatism and subjective desire in five aspects to represent tacit knowledge, and puts forward that tacit knowledge absorption to enterprise breakthrough technological innovation ability is proposed. On the basis of the variable relationship, the empirical research puts forward the research hypothesis based on the variable relationship. The data collection method is formulated, the data is pretreated, the distribution characteristics and validity of the data are verified, the credibility value is analyzed by the factor analysis method. The empirical results show that the vast majority of the hypotheses are verified. Enterprise recessive. Knowledge absorption is a very critical external factor for the acquisition of enterprise resources and the development of knowledge application, and the different characteristics of the absorption of tacit knowledge have different effects on the acquisition of enterprise resources and the development of knowledge application. Finally, the paper puts forward the strategy of promoting the breakthrough technology innovation ability of the enterprise, establishes an amphibious two yuan organization structure, realizes the perfect combination of the two yuan of the organizational structure and the amphibious function of the technological innovation function, so that the enterprise breakthrough innovation and the progressive innovation are complementary to each other and the need of cooperative development. Through the establishment of the innovative community, the network innovation is used. Secondly, the support system of enterprise breakthrough technology innovation is constructed, including power system, guarantee system, learning system and incentive system, promoting the absorption level of enterprises' tacit knowledge and the breakthrough technology innovation activities of enterprises. Through the study of the absorption of tacit knowledge of enterprises, the paper reveals the complexity and regularity of enterprise breakthrough technological innovation process, and probes into the promotion of management methods to improve the absorption efficiency of tacit knowledge and the ability of breakthrough technological innovation, so as to provide the theory of breakthrough technology innovation ability and tacit knowledge absorption and management of enterprises.
