ZLA080型铰接式轻轨车辆转向架研究

【摘要】:土耳其伊兹密尔市轻轨1号线延伸线车辆项目是株洲电力机车有限公司具有自主知识产权的城市轻轨车辆的最重要项目之一,该项目最大难点是设计具有通过小半径曲线等特殊要求的轻轨车辆铰接式转向架。虽然铰接式转向架在国外已经广泛用于高速铁路、城轨车辆等方面,但在我国,目前铰接式转向架的应用还几乎是空白。因此,铰接式转向架的成功研制,不仅能顺利地完成了土耳其伊兹密尔市轻轨1号线延伸线车辆项目的如期交付,对推动我国铰接式转向架的技术进步也具有深远的意义。 论文首先介绍了目前我国城市轨道交通车辆转向架的特点,然后引入铰接式转向架特点,并阐述了目前国内外铰接式转向架的现状及应用情况。其次,针对土耳其伊兹密尔项目的要求和使用条件,对ZLA080型铰接式转向架进行了总体方案研究及基本参数选择。紧接着在国内城轨车辆转向架设计平台的基础上,参考了国外铰接式转向架的结构特点,对ZLA080型铰接式轻轨车辆转向架各部件进行具体研究。利用ANSYS有限元软件平台,根据UIC514和EN13749等标准,在多种工况下对转向架构架静的强度及疲劳强度进行了分析。最后,按照试验大纲及试验标准对研制出的转向架构架进行静强度和疲劳强度试验,并与计算结果进行对比分析。 论文阐述了对研制出的转向架构架进行静强度试验和疲劳强度试验,试验结果与理论计算所得的结论相吻合,且均在许用范围内。根据计算分析及试验结果,表明设计的ZLA080型铰接式轻轨车辆转向架能满足土耳其伊兹密尔市轻轨1号线延伸线车辆项目技术规格书要求;构架强度均在材料的许用强度极限范围内。 在我国城市轨道交通系统大量建设的发展期,参考国外的成功经验.结合我国城市轨道发展的实际情况,研制出的ZLA080型铰接式轻轨车辆转向架给我国铰接式转向架的自主研发提供了丰富的技术支持和人才储备,对推动我国铰接式转向架的技术发展具有深远的意义。本论文的研究对以后国内铰接式转向架的研制有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:The rolling stock project of Izmir City Light Rail Line 1 extension Line is one of the most important projects of Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd., which has its own intellectual property rights for urban light rail vehicles. The biggest difficulty of the project is the design of light rail vehicle articulated bogies with special requirements such as small radius curves. Although articulated bogies have been widely used in high-speed railways and urban rail vehicles abroad, the application of articulated bogies is almost blank in China. Therefore, the successful development of articulated bogies can not only successfully complete the delivery of the vehicle project of Izmir Light Rail Line 1 extension Line, Turkey, but also have far-reaching significance to promote the technical progress of articulated bogies in China. This paper first introduces the characteristics of bogies of urban rail transit vehicles in China, then introduces the characteristics of articulated bogies, and expounds the present situation and application of articulated bogies at home and abroad. Secondly, according to the requirements and operating conditions of the Izmir project in Turkey, the general scheme and basic parameters of ZLA080 articulated bogie are studied. On the basis of the design platform of domestic urban rail vehicle bogies and referring to the structural characteristics of foreign articulated bogies, the various parts of ZLA080 articulated light rail vehicle bogies are studied in detail. Based on the standard of UIC514 and EN13749, the static strength and fatigue strength of bogie frame are analyzed by using ANSYS finite element software platform. Finally, the static strength and fatigue strength of the bogie frame are tested according to the test outline and test standard, and the calculated results are compared and analyzed. The static strength test and fatigue strength test of the developed bogie frame are described in this paper. The test results are in agreement with the theoretical calculation results and are within the allowable range. According to the results of calculation and test, it is shown that the bogie of ZLA080 articulated light rail vehicle can meet the requirements of technical specification for the extended line of Izmir Light Rail Line 1, Turkey. The strength of the frame is within the limit of the allowable strength of the material. In the development period of mass construction of urban rail transit system in China, reference is made to the successful experience of foreign countries. According to the actual situation of urban rail development in China, the ZLA080 articulated light rail vehicle bogie has provided abundant technical support and talent reserve for the independent research and development of the articulated bogie in our country. It is of great significance to promote the technical development of articulated bogies in China. The research of this paper has certain reference value for the development of articulated bogie in China.
