干式双离合变速器转矩传递建模与换挡控制研究

【摘要】:双离合自动变速器(DCT)在中国具有广阔的发展前景。将先进的自动变速器的控制技术与国内传统的手动变速器(MT)的制造生产相结合,有可能在短时间内开发出拥有自主知识产权的双离合器自动变速器,进而逐步的取代国外自动变速器产品在中国市场的地位。开展DCT技术的研究对中国汽车自动变速器行业的发展有着重要的推动作用。 本文在分析干式双离合器常开式离合器膜片弹簧载荷变形特性的基础上,完成了对于内、外膜片弹簧参数的选择。考虑了离合器波形弹簧片的轴向压缩特性,通过试验得到了从动盘轴向压缩特性曲线。推出了膜片弹簧结合指部分变形与压紧力关系,建立了离合器转矩与结合轴承位移间的关系模型。 通过发动机台架试验,获得了相关试验数据,利用修正系数法建立了发动机动态转矩模型。分别建立了整车动力学模型、离合器行程控制模型、起步驾驶员意图判断模型和装备有双离合自动变速器汽车的系统动力学模型。并以汽车一档稳定运行切换到二档稳定运行为例,考虑了切换过程中同步器引起的转动惯量的变化,将此切换过程分为五个阶段,分别建立了双离合自动变速器相应阶段的系统动力学方程。 针对双离合自动变速器独特的双离合器结构,探讨了可能出现的不同起步模式。通过搭建起步模型,对爬行起步、正常起步和急起步这几种典型的起步模式进行了仿真分析。考虑双离合自动变速器不同的换挡情况,通过搭建换挡模型,,对正转矩升高档和正转矩降低档这两种典型换挡工况进行了分析与研究。 本论文旨在为建立精确的干式双离合自动变速器转矩传递模型提供一种可行的计算方法,并为起步、换挡控制提供理论依据。所得的研究结论以期能够为后续的干式双离合器变速器的换挡品质与动态特性综合最优控制的相关研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:Double clutch automatic transmission (DCT) has a broad prospect in China. By combining the advanced automatic transmission control technology with the manufacture and production of domestic traditional manual transmission (MTT), it is possible to develop a dual clutch automatic transmission with independent intellectual property rights in a short period of time. Then gradually replace the foreign automatic transmission products in the Chinese market position. The research of DCT technology plays an important role in the development of auto transmission industry in China. Based on the analysis of the load deformation characteristics of the diaphragm spring of the dry double clutch, the selection of the inner and outer diaphragm spring parameters is completed. The axial compression characteristic of the clutch wave spring plate is considered, and the axial compression characteristic curve of the driven disc is obtained by experiments. The relation between partial deformation and compression force of diaphragm spring and the relationship between clutch torque and bearing displacement are established. The engine dynamic torque model is established by means of the modified coefficient method, and the relevant test data are obtained through the engine bench test. The whole vehicle dynamic model, clutch stroke control model, starting driver intention judgment model and system dynamics model with dual clutch automatic transmission are established respectively. Taking the stable operation of the first and second gears as an example, the moment of inertia caused by the synchronizer is considered, and the switching process is divided into five stages. The system dynamics equations of dual clutch automatic transmission are established. Aiming at the unique double clutch structure of double clutch automatic transmission, different starting modes are discussed. The typical starting modes of crawling starting, normal starting and urgent starting are simulated and analyzed by building the starting model. Considering the different gear shifting conditions of double clutch automatic transmission, this paper analyzes and studies the two typical gear shifting conditions, namely, positive torque raising high grade and positive torque lowering gear, by setting up a shift model. The purpose of this paper is to provide a feasible calculation method for establishing accurate torque transfer model of dry double clutch automatic transmission, and to provide theoretical basis for starting and shifting control. The conclusions obtained are expected to provide a reference for the subsequent research on the integrated optimal control of the shift quality and dynamic characteristics of the dry double clutch transmission.
