电控柴油机便携式故障诊断仪的研发

【摘要】:随着新材料、新技术、新工艺在汽车生产、制造过程中的运用,现代汽车的技术性能已变得越来越好,结构也变得越来越复杂,同时故障诊断的难度也有了相应的增加,人们迫切需要提高汽车电子系统的可靠性、可维修性和安全性。本项目研究具有自主知识产权的嵌入式汽车故障远程诊断与维护系统,该系统能够将汽车的定时/定里程维护转换成实时维护,很大程度的改变当前汽车的维护模式,真正起到一种预防维护的作用,切切实实的提高汽车的稳定性和安全性。 全文主要从理论研究、设计开发和试验研究三方面开展工作。 首先,从网络结构、协议模型和数据传输方式这三个方面研究GPRS的原理与通信流程,并将其在远程数据监控上的优点结合于柴油发动机的数据采集;并从汽车自诊断系统和SAE-J1939协议模型方面研究汽车诊断原理,为汽车故障诊断提供理论依据。其次,在SAE-J1939协议的基础上,使用英飞凌XC2000系列单片机与GPRS模块,利用Protel99SE,设计故障诊断仪的硬件电路图,设计具有通过GPRS网络与上位服务器通信并交换数据的通用柴油发动机故障诊断系统。最后,将该款电控柴油机车载远程故障诊断仪,经连接亚新科南岳(衡阳)有限公司电控单体泵柴油机专用ECU在线检验,模拟各个工况与各个错误情况检验该诊断仪的效果。 研究表明,诊断仪基本达到了对车辆的日常数据进行远程采集、监控,,并且能在其发生故障时对其进行远程诊断的目的。
[Abstract]:With the application of new materials, new technologies and new processes in automobile production and manufacturing, the technical performance and structure of modern vehicles have become more and more complex, and the difficulty of fault diagnosis has increased accordingly. There is an urgent need to improve the reliability, maintainability and safety of automotive electronic systems. This project studies the embedded automobile fault remote diagnosis and maintenance system with independent intellectual property rights. The system can transform the timing / fixed mileage maintenance of the vehicle into real time maintenance, and greatly change the current vehicle maintenance mode. Really play a preventive role in maintenance, improve the stability and safety of the car. The full text mainly from the theory research, the design development and the experiment research three aspects carries on the work. Firstly, the principle and communication flow of GPRS are studied from three aspects: network structure, protocol model and data transmission mode, and the advantages of GPRS in remote data monitoring are combined with the data acquisition of diesel engine. The principle of automobile diagnosis is studied from the aspects of auto self-diagnosis system and SAE-J1939 protocol model, which provides the theoretical basis for automobile fault diagnosis. Secondly, on the basis of SAE-J1939 protocol, the hardware circuit diagram of fault diagnosis instrument is designed by using Infineon XC2000 series single chip computer and GPRS module, using Protel99SE. A general diesel engine fault diagnosis system is designed, which can communicate with the upper server and exchange data through GPRS network. Finally, the electronic control diesel engine vehicle remote fault diagnosis instrument is connected with the ECU of Yaxinke Nanyue (Hengyang) Co., Ltd., and the effect of the instrument is tested by simulating the various working conditions and errors. The research shows that the diagnostic instrument can collect and monitor the daily data of the vehicle remotely, and can diagnose the vehicle remotely when it breaks down.
