【摘要】:工业无线技术作为一种新兴技术,以其适应恶劣环境能力强、布线简单、功耗低等特点成为了继现场总线之后工业自动化领域的又一个热点技术,将引领工业自动化系统未来的发展方向。WIA-PA(Wireless Networks for Industrial Automation-Process Automation)是我国拥有自主知识产权,基于IEEE802.15.4的用于过程自动化的工业无线网络技术,于2011年分别成为IEC62591:2011国际标准和GB/T26790.1-2011国家标准。WIA-PA的出现对于我国在国际工业无线网络技术领域中保持竞争力,促进国内无线智能仪表产业的发展有着重要意义。 协议一致性测试是一种黑盒测试,能够检测协议实现系统与协议的符合程度。WIA-PA一致性测试用来检测按WIA-PA标准开发的产品是否满足协议规定的要求,为WIA-PA设备在实际工业现场中的应用提供了可靠的质量保证。 本文根据WIA-PA无线通信协议特点,以研发WIA-PA一致性测试系统平台为主要目的,通过对WIA-PA协议深入理解以及一致性测试方法的研究,设计并开发了相关的射频硬件平台和上位机测试软件,并根据《WIA-PA协议一致性测试规范》中规定的测试用例,实现了一个完整的测试过程。论文具体创新点主要体现在以下几个方面: 1.根据WIA-PA协议的特点研究WIA-PA一致性测试方法,并设计测试用例集的分类; 2.设计基于CC2530芯片的射频硬件平台,绘制PCB电路板并实现; 3.设计基于Windows的上位机测试软件WIA-PA Tester,使用C#编写了具有人机交互界面的程序框架,使用Tcl脚本语言编写测试用例脚本,通过射频模块与被测设备进行通信,分析被测设备的响应(行为)是否正确; 4.搭建了完整的WIA-PA一致性测试平台,并根据《WIA-PA协议一致性测试规范》中规定的测试用例集,完成了被测设备加入、运行、离开的测试,实现了测试平台的预期功能。
[Abstract]:As a new technology, industrial wireless technology has become another hot technology in industrial automation field after fieldbus because of its strong ability to adapt to harsh environment, simple wiring, low power consumption and so on. WIA-PA (Wireless Networks for Industrial Automation-Process Automation) is an industrial wireless network technology which has its own intellectual property rights and is based on IEEE 802.15.4 for process automation. The emergence of IEC62591: 2011 international standard and GB / T26790.1-2011 national standard .WIA-PA in 2011 is of great significance for China to maintain its competitiveness in the field of international industrial wireless network technology and to promote the development of domestic wireless intelligent instrument industry. Protocol conformance testing is a kind of black box test, which can detect the degree of conformity between the protocol implementation system and the protocol. WIA-PA conformance test is used to detect whether the products developed according to WIA-PA standard meet the requirements of the protocol. It provides reliable quality assurance for the application of WIA-PA equipment in actual industrial field. According to the characteristics of WIA-PA wireless communication protocol, this paper aims to develop WIA-PA conformance testing system platform, through the in-depth understanding of WIA-PA protocol and the research of conformance testing method. The RF hardware platform and host computer testing software are designed and developed. According to the test cases specified in WIA-PA protocol conformance test specification, a complete test process is realized. The specific innovation of the paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects: 1. According to the characteristics of WIA-PA protocol, the method of WIA-PA conformance testing is studied, and the classification of test cases is designed. 2. Design RF hardware platform based on CC2530 chip, draw PCB circuit board and realize; 3. WIA-PA Tester-based PC testing software based on Windows is designed. The program framework with man-machine interface is written with C #, test case script is written by TCL script language, and communication with the tested equipment is carried out through RF module. Analyze whether the response (behavior) of the tested equipment is correct; 4. A complete WIA-PA conformance testing platform is built, and according to the test case set specified in WIA-PA protocol conformance test specification, the test of adding, running and leaving the tested equipment is completed, and the expected function of the test platform is realized.
