一种新型小型化远方终端设计

【摘要】:远方终端是一种通用的工业过程控制产品,广泛应用于工业自动化的领域。本课题来源于项目组的校企合作项目,主要完成一款具有自主知识产权的小型化、经济性的Mini型RTU设计,应用于协作企业的工程和产品推广。针对用户的技术要求,本文采用广州宏晶公司出品的STC12C5A系列新一代MCS-51微控制器为核心设计实现该RTU的硬件平台,并对机架在导轨上的安装方法,进行标准化设计。该RTU采用24V直流电源模块供电,实现了8路DI,8路AI,4路AO、8路DO等过程通道,实现工业现场的数据采集和安全监控;设计一路RS232接口来用于软件下载和超级终端通信,一路RS485接口和一个以太网口来用于与外部计算机通信。针对产品的应用场合,硬件平台选用工业级芯片设计,保证产品能在-40℃~+80℃温度范围内工作,并进行了专门的抗电磁干扰设计,确保产品在恶劣的电磁环境中能够可靠稳定的工作。RTU软件基于前后台软件的框架设计,实现数据的采集、控制输出以及与外部计算机的数据通信的传输功能。本文所设计的RTU功能完善,抗干扰能力强,具有较高的应用和推广价值。项目研究的关键点在于抗干扰的设计。工业过程产品的应用场合和运行环境恶劣,电磁干扰比较严重。根据用户要求,所设计的产品要满足抗工业4级电磁干扰能力。为了解决这一问题,硬件平台设计时,在输入电源、输入/输出过程通道、通信通道和状态指示灯电路都采取的隔离措施,布线设计时保证足够的爬电距离,确保产品抗电磁干扰的能力。产品理论设计完成后,同时也需要完成了装置的安装和调试、实时多任务软件设计,并在协作企业的实验室完成了产品的功能和性能指标测试。测试结果显示,本文所设计的RTU的功能和性能指标满足客户的需求,达到了项目预期的研究目标。
[Abstract]:Remote terminal is a universal industrial process control product, which is widely used in the field of industrial automation. This project comes from the project of cooperation between school and enterprise. It mainly completes a miniaturized and economical design of Mini RTU with independent intellectual property rights, which is applied to the engineering and product promotion of cooperative enterprises. According to the technical requirements of the users, the hardware platform of the RTU is designed and implemented with the new series of MCS-51 microcontrollers produced by Guangzhou Hongjing Company as the core, and the installation method of the frame on the guide rail is standardized.
