新型环保烟气脱硝催化剂

【摘要】:正中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院简称(抚研院)在废气处理方面,开发出FDN-2低温脱硝催化剂和FN-3高效脱硝催化剂,分别适用于炼油厂工艺加热炉、部分燃气锅炉烟气脱硝处理和催化裂化装置、电厂锅炉脱硝超低排放改造,处理后的烟气满足当前国家和地方环保标准。近期,该技术已申请中国发明专利6项,具有自主知识产权,通过了由中国石油化工股份有限公司科技部组织的技术评议。
[Abstract]:In the aspect of waste gas treatment, FDN-2 low temperature denitrification catalyst and FN-3 high efficiency denitrification catalyst have been developed by Fushun Petrochemical Research Institute of Sinopec, which are suitable for refinery process reheating furnace, respectively. Some gas boiler flue gas denitrification treatment and catalytic cracking unit, power plant boiler denitrification ultra-low emission transformation, the treated flue gas meets the current national and local environmental standards. Recently, the technology has applied for 6 patents of Chinese invention with independent intellectual property rights and passed the technical review organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China Petrochemical Co., Ltd.
