国内典型压水堆核电站数字化仪控系统方案优化

【摘要】:核电站数字化仪控系统(Digital Control System,简称DCS)是核电站的信息神经和控制中枢,对于保证核电站安全、可靠、稳定和经济运行以及提升生产管理水平都起着至关重要的作用。但长期以来这一关键系统却被国外供应商垄断,国内已经投运的田湾核电站和岭澳二期核电站均采用的是AREVA的安全级数字化平台TXS和SIEMENS的非安级全数字化平台TXP,这种现状不符合国家推进核电设备国产化的战略要求,为此实现核电站数字化仪控系统设备国产化和设计自主化迫在眉睫。目前国内的新建核电站已经开始采用国内的数字化仪控系统。 本文作者在核电站非安全级数字化仪控系统国产化及自主化工作实践的基础上,对核电站数字化仪控系统进行了深入研究,取得了一定的成果,目前采用国内自主知识产权的非安全级数字化仪控系统已经成功地应用于我国核电站。 本篇论文的第一部分主要从DCS系统发展概况、系统应用、系统组成和系统特点几个方面介绍了核电站仪控系统的发展,使人们对核电站数字化仪控系统有了进一步的了解。第二部分主要分析研究了国内典型压水堆核电站数字化仪控系统的安全分级原则和安全分级方法。第三部分对国内外压水堆核电站数字化仪控系统的实现方案进行了介绍,并从系统设计、设备研制和结构设计等方面提出国内的非安全级数字化仪控系统所进行的优化和创新,这些优化和创新已经成功地应用到红沿河核电站和宁德核电站中。
[Abstract]:(Digital Control System, is the information nerve and control center of the nuclear power plant, which plays an important role in ensuring the safety, reliability, stability and economic operation of the nuclear power plant as well as improving the level of production management. But for a long time this key system has been monopolized by foreign suppliers. Both the Tianwan Nuclear Power Station and the Lingao II Nuclear Power Station, which have been put into operation in China, use TXS, the safety grade digital platform of AREVA, and the non-safety grade full-digital platform, TXP, which is not in line with the national strategic requirement of promoting the localization of nuclear power equipment. Therefore, it is urgent to realize the localization of nuclear power plant digital instrument and control system equipment and design autonomy. At present, the domestic new nuclear power plant has begun to use the domestic digital instrument control system. On the basis of the localization and autonomization of the non-safety grade digital instrument and control system in nuclear power plant, the author has made a deep research on the digital instrument and control system of the nuclear power plant, and has achieved certain results. At present, the non-safety digital instrument and control system with domestic independent intellectual property rights has been successfully applied to nuclear power plants in China. The first part of this paper mainly introduces the development of instrument and control system in nuclear power plant from the aspects of DCS system development, system application, system composition and system characteristics, which makes people have a further understanding of digital instrument control system in nuclear power plant. In the second part, the safety classification principle and safety classification method of the digital instrument and control system of domestic typical PWR nuclear power station are analyzed and studied. In the third part, the realization scheme of digital instrument and control system for PWR nuclear power station at home and abroad is introduced, and the optimization and innovation of domestic non-safety grade digital instrument and control system are put forward from the aspects of system design, equipment development and structure design. These optimizations and innovations have been successfully applied to the Hongyan River and Ningde nuclear power stations.
