首批“中国制造”美国波士顿橙线地铁车下线

【摘要】：正2017年10月16日,由中车长春轨道客车股份有限公司研制的首批美国波士顿橙线地铁车下线,预计将于12月运抵美国。这是"中国制造"的地铁车首次出口美国。该车在车辆结构强度、控制安全、质量管理体系等方面均采用美国标准,是我国首批具有完全自主知识产权的美国标准地铁车。该车不仅满足美方在技术、商务、本地化及法律等方面多项要求,而且将凭借人性化设计改善乘客的出行体验。车辆采用不锈钢车体,运营速度为102 km/h,车辆服务年限达30年。据悉,该车的不锈钢车体达到美标体系中更为严格的ASME RT-2 2014标准,此标准车体碰撞安全性更高。
[Abstract]:On October 16, 2017, the first batch of Boston Orange Subway cars, developed by the Changchun Rail bus Company of China, are expected to arrive in the United States in December. This is the first time a subway car made in China has been exported to the United States. The vehicle adopts the American standard in the aspects of vehicle structure intensity, control safety, quality management system and so on. It is the first batch of American standard subway cars with completely independent intellectual property rights in our country. The car not only meets the needs of the United States in technology, commerce, localization and law, but also will improve the passenger travel experience with the help of humanized design. The vehicle uses stainless steel body, the operation speed is 102 km / h, the vehicle service life reaches 30 years. It is reported that the stainless steel body of the car meets the more stringent ASME RT-2 2014 standard in the American standard system, this standard body collision safety is higher.
