正时齿形链系统数字化设计方法及平台开发

【摘要】:随着汽车工业的发展,汽车发动机的正时链传动系统得到了越来越广泛的应用,具有广阔的市场应用前景。但是国产汽车链在高速下的性能与国外产品相比还存在差距,目前国内发动机主机厂的正时链系统大多采用国外产品,严重制约了国内自主品牌的发展。为提高正时链系统的自主开发设计能力和制造水平,需要对正时链系统的工作特性及设计方法进行细致研究。另外,随着计算机技术的发展,工程中广泛利用计算机进行辅助设计和分析。对于正时链系统,工程人员可以利用市场上比较成熟的分析软件对已开发的系统进行动力学特性分析,根据分析结果对所设计系统进行评价,但是由于正时链系统布局各异,工况也不尽相同,对其进行设计开发较为困难,目前市场上还没有出现可供工程技术人员对正时齿形链系统进行设计开发的软件平台。因此,对正时链系统的设计方法进行研究,,掌握正时链系统数字化设计方法的核心技术,开发正时链系统辅助设计软件具有重要的工程实用意义。 论文结合吉林省科技发展计划项目重大科技专项“现代汽油发动机正时齿形链系统开发关键技术研究”,在对正时链系统国内外研究现状分析的基础之上,针对正时齿形链系统的数字化设计方法进行了研究,并开发了可实现工程应用的正时齿形链系统数字化设计的软件平台。 论文首先阐述了汽车发动机的工作原理及配气过程,介绍了正时系统在发动机中的重要作用,展示了常见的正时系统的布局型式,对正时齿形链系统的各个组成部分及其作用进行了说明,总结了正时齿形链系统常见的失效形式,讨论了正时齿形链系统的评价方法。在系统设计开发方面,根据齿形链链条与链轮的啮合原理,在传统的设计方法的基础上,对设计所关心的主要参数进行了详细分析,找出了这些参数对系统性能产生的影响,强化了系统开发的理论基础,最终归纳总结出了正时齿形链系统的数字化设计方法,开发出了正时齿形链系统设计软件。运用所开发的软件可以完成针对各种布局型式的正时齿形链系统的布局设计工作。结合对动力学分析软件RecurDyn的了解,对RecurDyn软件进行了二次开发,工程技术人员在利用RecurDyn软件对所设计系统的动力学特性进行分析时,可以实现装配和添加约束的自动化操作,能够减少大量的建模时间。 论文的研究工作是对正时齿形链系统数字化设计方法研究的探索,论文的研究成果对实现具有自主知识产权的正时齿形链系统的设计与开发具有重要的理论意义与工程实用价值。
[Abstract]:With the development of the automobile industry, the timing chain transmission system of automobile engine has been widely used and has a broad market prospect. However, there is a gap in the performance of the domestic automobile chain at high speed compared with the foreign products. At present, most of the timing chain system of engine main engine factory in China is mostly restricted by foreign products. In order to improve the independent development design ability and manufacturing level of the timing chain system, the working characteristics and design methods of the timing chain system need to be carefully studied. In addition, with the development of computer technology, the computer is widely used in the design and analysis of the auxiliary system. For the timing chain system, the Engineer We can use the mature analysis software on the market to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the developed system and evaluate the designed system according to the results of the analysis. However, because the layout of the timing chain is different and the working conditions are not the same, it is difficult to design and develop the system. At present, there is no engineering technology person in the market. The software platform for the design and development of the timing chain system is carried out. Therefore, the design method of the timing chain system is studied, the core technology of the digital design method of the timing chain system is grasps, and the development of the auxiliary design software of the timing chain system is of great practical significance.
On the basis of the analysis of the current research status of the timing chain system at home and abroad, the paper studies the digital design method of the timing chain system on the basis of the research on the key technology of the development of the modern gasoline engine positive gear chain system, which is a major science and technology project of the Jilin science and technology development project. The software platform for digital design of timing toothed chain system is used.
This paper first expounds the working principle and the gas distribution process of the automobile engine, introduces the important role of the timing system in the engine, shows the common layout patterns of the timing system, explains the components and functions of the timing chain system and summarizes the common failure forms of the timing chain system, and discusses the common failure forms of the timing chain system. In the system design and development, on the basis of the meshing principle of the tooth chain chain chain and the sprocket, the main parameters concerned in the design are analyzed in detail on the basis of the traditional design method, and the influence of these parameters on the system performance is found out, and the theoretical foundation of the system development is strengthened. Finally, the theoretical foundation of the system development is strengthened. Finally, the theoretical basis of the system development is strengthened. The digital design method of the timing tooth chain system is summed up and the design software of the timing chain system is developed. The layout and design of the timing chain system for various layout types can be completed by using the software developed. The software of RecurDyn is opened two times in combination with the understanding of the dynamic analysis software RecurDyn. When using the RecurDyn software to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the designed system, the engineers can realize the automatic operation of assembling and adding constraints, and can reduce a large amount of modeling time.
The research work of this paper is the exploration of the research on the digital design method of the timing gear chain system. The research results of this paper have important theoretical significance and practical value for the design and development of the timing chain system with independent intellectual property rights.
