基于NCUC-Bus总线监听平台的开发与实现

【摘要】:数控技术是国家的战略技术,数控系统现场总线是高档数控系统的核心关键技术,国外高档数控系统已普遍采用,而国内数控系统仍未涉及,严重制约我国高档数控系统的发展。因此,开发自主知识产权的现场总线及总线信号监测装置,实现对现场总线的强实时性、高可靠性、全信息性的监听,具有重要意义。论文的主要内容有: 提出了一种基于NCUC-Bus(NC Union of China Fieldbus)总线监听平台的系统设计方案,分析了NCUC-Bus总线的体系结构、网络拓扑,研究了总线监听平台的通信机制及其实时性、可靠性及全信息性的技术特点。 以高性能的ARM+FPGA作为核心处理芯片构成硬件平台,支持NCUC-Bus现场总线通信,实现了NCUC-Bus现场总线数据采集、处理及分析,并支持人机交互显示界面及以太网、USB等接口的应用。 研究了总线监听平台嵌入式WinCE操作系统的构建和移植,分析了总线数据处理过程,,实现了总线通信的流接口驱动和嵌入式总线监听应用程序设计,并分析了总线链路的数据帧结构及基本链路情况。 搭建了现场总线监听的实验平台,进行了总线监听平台的功能测试,验证了总线监听的全信息特点,进行了接口延时时间及ARM中断响应等实时性测试,验证和分析了总线监听平台的可靠性。 开发的基于NCUC-Bus总线监听平台在华中数控的高档数控系统得到了应用和验证,其有效性和可靠性达到了设计需求。
[Abstract]:Numerical control technology is a national strategy technology, numerical control system field bus is the core key technology of high-grade numerical control system, foreign high-grade numerical control system has been widely used, but domestic numerical control system is still not involved. The development of high-grade CNC system in our country is seriously restricted. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the field bus and bus signal monitoring device with independent intellectual property rights, which can monitor the field bus in real time, high reliability and full information. The main contents of this paper are as follows: a system design scheme based on NCUC-Bus (NC Union of China Fieldbus) bus monitoring platform is proposed. The architecture and network topology of NCUC-Bus bus are analyzed, and the communication mechanism and real-time performance of bus monitoring platform are studied. Technical features of reliability and full information. The high performance ARM FPGA is used as the core processing chip to form the hardware platform, which supports the communication of NCUC-Bus fieldbus, realizes the data acquisition, processing and analysis of NCUC-Bus fieldbus, and supports the application of man-machine interactive display interface and Ethernet interface. This paper studies the construction and transplantation of embedded WinCE operating system of bus monitor platform, analyzes the process of bus data processing, realizes the driver of stream interface for bus communication and the design of embedded bus monitor application program. The data frame structure and the basic link of the bus link are analyzed. The experimental platform of fieldbus monitoring is built, and the function test of the bus monitoring platform is carried out. The characteristics of the whole information of the bus monitoring are verified, and the real-time test of interface delay time and ARM interrupt response are carried out. The reliability of the bus monitoring platform is verified and analyzed. The developed monitoring platform based on NCUC-Bus bus has been applied and verified in the high-grade CNC system of Huazhong NC, and its validity and reliability have reached the design requirements.
