数控木材加工中心设计研究及其参数化设计系统开发与应用

【摘要】:当下,作为家具生产工具的木工机床产品其加工能力要求越来越高。在国外,多用途、自动化程度高的数控木材加工中心已经取代了不少老式的低端的木工机床,在家具制造行业中充分体现数控木材加工中心自动化、多功能、柔性化的优点。目前,国内部分木工机械的龙头企业也开始着手研发拥有自主知识产权的数控木材加工中心,但是国产的数控木材加工中心多数为基型产品,尚未形成系列化的产品,因此,其发展潜力巨大,市场广阔,有不少企业和单位对这种新产品进行改形设计和自适应的设计。其中,改形设计很大程度上属于重复劳动,所以需要一种手段去提高设计效率,减少重复劳动。 本文以东莞南兴家具装备制造有限公司的一款数控木材加工中心为对象,结合计算机辅助设计理论及思想,解决Solidworks二次开发的问题,解决产品设计知识的表达问题,进而开发出一款利用参数化技术实现基于产品设计知识的自动建模、装配系统,满足产品改形设计需求。其积极意义表现为有利于产品设计知识的传承和培训,降低设计人员门槛;有利于使设计人员从重复劳动中解放出来,把更多精力投放于其他创新设计;有利于快速响应客户需求,实现企业和客户在利益上双赢。本论文的主要研究工作如下: 首先介绍了通用CAD软件的二次开发技术,并且着重研究了Solidworks的二次开发技术与方法,对建模和装配进行归纳,通过掌握参数化技术的理论基础,研究了产品参数化设计的实现过程,并作了详细介绍。 然后,研究数控木材加工中心的设计知识主要是对木材加工中心产品功能原理、结构特点、设计流程进行论述。以产品的结构件为开发对象、Solidworks2011三维建模软件为开发平台、Visual Basic6.0为开发工具,Access2003为参数储存的数据库,开发了木材加工中心的方案搜索系统和参数化设计系统。 最后,通过介绍系统的操作和应用功能论证了系统的可行性,该系统具有较合符行业设计人员习惯的操作的界面,功能全面,能够大大减少设计的工作量,提高产品设计效率,快速响应客户的设计要求。
[Abstract]:At present, woodworking machine tools as furniture production tools require higher and higher processing capacity. In foreign countries, numerical control woodworking centers with multi-purpose and high degree of automation have replaced many old-fashioned low-end woodworking machines, which fully embody the advantages of automation, multi-function and flexibility of NC woodworking centers in the furniture manufacturing industry. At present, some leading enterprises of woodworking machinery in China have also begun to develop CNC wood processing centers with independent intellectual property rights. However, most of the domestic CNC wood processing centers are basic products and have not yet formed a series of products, so, Its development potential is huge, the market is broad, there are many enterprises and units to this new product to modify the design and adaptive design. Among them, the modified design belongs to repetitive work to a large extent, so a method is needed to improve the design efficiency and reduce the repetitive work. This paper takes a numerical control wood processing center of Dongguan Nanxing Furniture and equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an object, combining with the theory and idea of computer aided design, to solve the problem of secondary development of Solidworks, and to solve the problem of expressing the knowledge of product design. Then, an automatic modeling and assembly system based on product design knowledge is developed by using parameterized technology to meet the needs of product shape modification design. Its positive significance is that it is beneficial to the inheritance and training of product design knowledge, to lowering the threshold of designers, to freeing designers from repeated work, and to putting more energy into other innovative designs. It is beneficial to the quick response to the customer's demand and to the win-win situation between the enterprise and the customer. The main research work of this thesis is as follows: firstly, the secondary development technology of general CAD software is introduced, and the secondary development technology and method of Solidworks are emphatically studied, and the modeling and assembly are summarized. Through mastering the theoretical foundation of parameterization technology, the realization process of product parameterized design is studied and introduced in detail. Then, the research on the design knowledge of NC wood processing center is mainly to discuss the function principle, structure characteristics and design flow of wood processing center product. Taking Solidworks2011 3D modeling software as the development platform and visual Basic6.0 as the development tool, the paper develops a scheme search system and a parametric design system for wood processing center by taking the structure of the product as the development object, and using Visual Basic6.0 as the development tool and access 2003 as the parameter storage database. Finally, the feasibility of the system is demonstrated by introducing the operation and application functions of the system. The system has a more suitable interface for the operation of designers in the industry, and has a comprehensive function, which can greatly reduce the workload of design and improve the efficiency of product design.
