多协议UHF RFID基带信号IP核的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着科技的进步与发展,便捷性成为人们对提高生活水平的最先关注点,由此衍生出各种各样的新兴产业,RFID技术便是其中之一。 RFID(Radio-Frequency Identification)即无线射频识别技术,是指利用射频信号来进行非接触式通信并且达到对象识别的目的的技术。自二十世纪九十年代以来,RFID技术迅速发展起来,技术越来越复杂,应用范围越来越广泛。超高频RFID指的是工作频率在860MHz-960MHz频段范围内的RFID系统,这种RFID系统具有读写距离远、读写速率快、电子标签成本低、可同时盘存多张电子标签等优点,已经逐渐在RFID世界中占有了一席之地。随着对超高频RFID认识的加深,我国也开始注重了对超高频RFID系统,尤其是超高频RFID读写器的研究与应用,并进行了大力推广。 但由于相对来说起步较晚,技术水平落后等原因,我国业界在超高频RFID研发与应用等领域内仍处于追赶阶段,对于超高频读写芯片的设计等关键技术的掌握还远未成熟。基于此,提出了设计一个成本低廉,同时且具有可裁剪性和可复用性的多协议UHF RFID基带信号IP核,最终目的是开发出具有自主知识产权的超高频RFID技术,实现ISO/IEC18000-6B和ISO/IEC18000-6C协议规范所规定的超高频RFID系统读写器的研制。 本课题则是多协议超高频RFID读写器基带SoC设计的一个关键部分,着重于开发超高频RFID读写器协议处理部分的关键技术,通过使用verilog语言对整个IP核进行模块化设计后和功能仿真后,最终需要在硬件平台Altera公司的DE2-115开发板上实现对IP核的设计验证,通过与射频板的配合,最终实现对符合ISO/IEC18000-6B和ISO/IEC18000-6C两种协议的电子标签的操作。
[Abstract]:With the progress and development of science and technology, convenience has become the first concern of people to improve their living standards. Thus, a variety of emerging industries,. RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification technology is one of them, namely radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. Radio-frequency signal is the technology of non-contact communication and object recognition. Since the 1990s, RFID technology has developed rapidly, the technology is becoming more and more complex, the application scope is more and more extensive. UHF RFID refers to the RFID system whose working frequency is within the range of 860MHz-960MHz frequency. This RFID system has the advantages of long reading and writing distance, fast reading and writing speed, low cost of electronic tags, and the ability to inventory multiple electronic tags simultaneously. Has gradually taken a place in the RFID world. With the deepening of our understanding of UHF RFID, our country has begun to pay attention to the research and application of UHF RFID system, especially UHF RFID reader and writer, and has made great efforts to popularize it. However, due to the relatively late start and backward technology level, our industry is still in the catch-up stage in the research and development and application of UHF RFID, and the key technologies such as the design of UHF read-write chip are still far from mature. Based on this, a low cost, clippable and reusable multi-protocol UHF RFID baseband signal IP core is proposed. The ultimate goal is to develop an ultra-high frequency (RFID) technology with independent intellectual property rights. The reader of UHF RFID system stipulated by ISO/IEC18000-6B and ISO/IEC18000-6C protocol specification is developed. This topic is a key part of the design of the baseband SoC of the multi-protocol UHF RFID reader and writer, and focuses on the key technology of developing the protocol processing part of the UHF RFID reader. After modular design and functional simulation of the whole IP core by using verilog language, it is necessary to implement the design verification of IP core on the DE2-115 development board of Altera Company, the hardware platform, and cooperate with the RF board. Finally, it realizes the operation of electronic label which accords with ISO/IEC18000-6B and ISO/IEC18000-6C protocols.
