契约控制与快速信任影响创新联盟形成绩效实证研究

【摘要】：十八大报告明确提出了创新驱动发展战略，指出科技创新是提高社会生产力和综合国力的战略支撑，必须摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。我国在坚持走中国特色的自主创新道路上，受创新资源、创新能力等的约束，集成创新、协同创新等合作创新的方式成为多数企业进行科技创新的选择。创新联盟作为一种新的组织形式，在全国迅猛发展。 本文以创新联盟为研究对象，系统阐述了创新联盟中知识产权风险、契约控制及快速信任的相关研究，并深入分析了知识产权风险对创新联盟形成绩效的影响，，以及契约控制和快速信任在知识产权风险和创新联盟形成绩效关系中的调节作用，进而提出了结构方程模型及六大假设。并通过问卷调g男问绞占荩钪赵擞肧PSS17.0和LISREL8.70统计分析软件，对数据进行实证分析并检验理论模型，验证相关理论假设。 研究结果表明： 一是知识产权风险对创新联盟形成绩效存在负相关影响。由于创新联盟对知识产权共享的要求与知识产权自身属性之间的矛盾，决定了联盟成员之间的知识产权利益冲突，知识产权风险一旦产生就会给产权所有者带来损失巨大。 二是契约控制对知识产权风险与创新联盟形成质量的关系存在负向调节作用，而在知识产权风险与创新联盟形成效率的关系中并未产生明显的调节作用。通过契约控制，创新联盟成员能够明确地规定合作各方的彼此的责任和义务，同时也提出了对方实施破坏创新联盟形成的行为时保护自身利益的权力，因此有利于降低知识产权风险对创新联盟形成质量的负向影响。于此同时由于制定详尽合理的契约需要耗费大量的时间精力，因此导致契约控制对知识产权风险对创新联盟形成效率的关系并未产生调节作用。 三是快速信任对知识产权风险与创新联盟形成质量的关系存在明显的负向调节作用，并且对知识产权风险与创新联盟形成效率的关系也存在明显的负向调节作用。高水平的快速信任可以使联盟成员之间共享彼此技术和知识，降低投入犹豫和投入不完全等现象发生的概率，从而降低了知识产权风险对创新联盟形成效率的负向影响作用。另外，快速信任会增加联盟成员的合作意愿，减少机会主义行为的发生，从而也降低了知识产权风险对创新联盟形成质量的负向影响作用。
[Abstract]:The report of the 18th National Congress of the CPC put forward the strategy of innovation-driven development, and pointed out that scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support for improving social productivity and comprehensive national strength, and must be placed at the core of the overall situation of national development. On the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics, our country is constrained by innovation resources and innovation ability, and the cooperative innovation means such as integrated innovation and collaborative innovation have become the choice for most enterprises to carry out scientific and technological innovation. Innovation alliance as a new form of organization, in the rapid development of the country. This paper takes the innovation alliance as the research object, systematically expounds the intellectual property rights risk, the contract control and the fast trust in the innovation alliance, and deeply analyzes the influence of the intellectual property right risk on the innovation alliance formation performance. And the regulatory role of contract control and fast trust in the relationship between intellectual property risk and innovation alliance formation performance, and then put forward the structural equation model and six hypotheses. And through the questionnaire? Male? Jin? The statistical analysis software of PSS17.0 and LISREL8.70 is used to analyze the data and test the theoretical model to verify the relevant theoretical hypotheses. The results show that: first, intellectual property risk has a negative impact on innovation alliance formation performance. Because of the contradiction between the requirement of intellectual property sharing and the property of intellectual property in innovation alliance, the conflict of intellectual property interests among the members of the alliance is determined. Once intellectual property risk comes into being, it will bring huge losses to the owners of property rights. Second, contract control has a negative effect on the relationship between intellectual property risk and the quality of innovation alliance, but it does not play a significant role in the relationship between intellectual property risk and innovation alliance formation efficiency. Through contract control, the members of the innovation alliance can clearly define the responsibilities and obligations of each other, and at the same time propose the right of the other party to protect their own interests when carrying out the behavior of destroying the innovation alliance. Therefore, it is beneficial to reduce the negative impact of intellectual property risk on the quality of innovation alliance. At the same time, it takes a lot of time and energy to make a detailed and reasonable contract, so contract control does not regulate the relationship between intellectual property risk and the efficiency of innovation alliance. Thirdly, the relationship between intellectual property risk and the quality of innovation alliance is significantly regulated by the rapid trust, and the relationship between the intellectual property risk and the efficiency of innovation alliance is also negatively regulated. The high level of fast trust can make the members of the alliance share each other's technology and knowledge, reduce the probability of indecision and incomplete investment, and reduce the negative effect of intellectual property risk on the efficiency of innovation alliance. In addition, fast trust will increase the alliance members' willingness to cooperate, reduce the occurrence of opportunistic behavior, and thus reduce the negative impact of intellectual property risk on the quality of innovation alliance.
