基于E-Learning的企业培训系统的设计和实现

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,现有的一些培训方式已经不适应时代的要求,在这种情况下,电子学习这一方式的学习,逐渐流行起来,在越来越多的企业中得到了应用。 E-Learning是指在网络和通讯技术、计算机和人工智能技术、以及多媒体技术等共同构成的虚拟环境中进行学习,是技术的学习。企业类别的E-Learning是通过企业内部的互联网络为企业员工提供的集个性化、跨越时间与地域限制等优点于一体的持续教育培训方式,它们的教学内容是经过规划的、关系到企业未来的和员工当前工作成就和未来职业成就的创新性教程。 本系统主要满足企业培训四个方面的要求:(1)通过发布企业新闻,企业快讯,,行政公文的方式向企业员工介绍公司内部最新动态;(2)企业员工可以通过此系统进行课程搜索,课程预约,课程学习,并可以进行学习的记录;(3)系统提供教师编号,企业员工可以与培训老师进行在线交流;(4)保证企业资源不被泄露,可以最大限度的保护好该企业的知识产权。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, some existing training methods have been unable to meet the requirements of the times. In this case, e-learning is becoming more and more popular. E-Learning is a virtual environment composed of network and communication technology, computer and artificial intelligence technology, and multimedia technology, which is the learning of technology. The E-Learning of enterprise category is a kind of continuous education and training method which integrates individuation, transcending time and geographical limitation, etc., and their teaching content is planned. Innovative tutorials related to the future of the enterprise and current and future career achievements of employees. The system mainly meets the requirements of four aspects of enterprise training: (1) introducing the latest developments of the company to the employees through the way of issuing enterprise news, enterprise newsletter and administrative documents; (2) enterprise employees can conduct course search through this system. Course booking, course learning, and record of learning; (3) the system provides the teacher number, the enterprise staff can communicate with the training teacher online; (4) ensure that the enterprise resources are not leaked, Can protect the intellectual property right of this enterprise to the maximum extent.
