TETRA数字集群网管代理服务器基站管理功能的研究与开发

【摘要】:TETRA数字集群通信系统是基于时分多址的专用移动通信系统,主要应用于公安、交通运输以及政务等领域。网络管理子系统主要实现对数字集群网络的监测和控制功能,能够保证数字集群系统为用户提供安全、可靠、高效的服务,是TETRA数字集群系统的重要组成部分。网管代理服务器基站管理模块主要实现对基站系统资源的管理功能,是网络管理子系统的核心。因此,自主知识产权的网管代理服务器基站管理功能的研究与开发是北京交通大学基本业务费支持的TETRA数字集群系统开发的关键技术之一。 本文在综述国内外各种移动通信系统网络管理系统发展现状的基础上,首先分析了TETRA数字集群系统的结构、网管代理服务器的功能、网管系统基站管理的功能以及简单网络管理协议,详细地描述了基站配置管理、基站性能管理以及基站故障管理的信令流程;然后,对网管代理服务器的结构、管理信息库(MIB)、网管代理服务器与基站的NMA接口、网管代理服务器与网管客户端的NMB和NMC接口进行了设计,对基站配置管理、基站性能管理以及基站故障管理的交互信令进行了定义,并设计了基站管理模块的主流程、基站配置管理、基站性能管理以及基站故障管理的处理流程;其次,在分析了目前SNMP代理服务器开发工具、开发方法的基础上,提出了网管代理服务器基站管理模块的开发方法,基于Linux嵌入式操作系统,利用AdventNet Agent Toolkit C Edition工具包和C语言,开发了网管代理服务器的主程序、基站配置管理模块、基站性能管理模块以及基站故障管理模块,实现了对基站的配置、查询以及故障告警等功能:最后,对基站配置管理、性能管理以及故障管理功能进行了测试,测试结果表明,网管代理服务器基站管理模块实现了TETRA数字集群网管代理服务器基站管理功能,满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:TETRA digital trunking communication system is a special mobile communication system based on time division multiple access (TDMA), which is mainly used in public security, transportation and government affairs. The network management subsystem mainly realizes the function of monitoring and controlling the digital trunking network, which can guarantee the digital trunking system to provide the users with safe, reliable and efficient service. It is an important part of the TETRA digital trunking system. The network management proxy server base station management module mainly realizes the base station system resources management function and is the core of the network management subsystem. Therefore, the research and development of the base station management function of the independent intellectual property network agent server is one of the key technologies in the development of the TETRA digital trunking system supported by the basic operating expenses of Beijing Jiaotong University. On the basis of summarizing the development of various mobile communication system network management systems at home and abroad, this paper first analyzes the structure of TETRA digital trunking system and the function of network management proxy server. The function of base station management and simple network management protocol in network management system are described in detail. The signaling flow of base station configuration management, base station performance management and base station fault management is described in detail. The NMA interface between the (MIB), network management proxy server and the base station, and the NMB and NMC interface between the network management proxy server and the network management client are designed. The base station performance management and the base station fault management interactive signaling are defined, and the main flow of the base station management module, base station configuration management, base station performance management and base station fault management are designed. Secondly, On the basis of analyzing the development tools and methods of SNMP proxy server at present, this paper puts forward the development method of base station management module of network management proxy server, which is based on Linux embedded operating system, using AdventNet Agent Toolkit C Edition toolkit and C language. The main program of the network management proxy server, the base station configuration management module, the base station performance management module and the base station fault management module are developed. The functions of configuration, query and fault alarm of the base station are realized. Finally, the configuration of the base station is managed. The performance management and fault management functions are tested. The test results show that the TETRA digital trunked network management proxy server base station management module realizes the function of TETRA digital trunked network management proxy server base station management, which meets the design requirements.
