马克思主义理论视野下无锡市大型民营企业转型升级问题研究

【摘要】：新时期无锡的经济转型升级已初见成效，作为民营经济领头羊的大型民营企业功不可没。在国内要素成本上升和全球金融危机的大背景下，如何持续推进大型民营企业转型升级是关乎全市经济转型升级的一个重要课题。此文运用马克思主义理论，从微观的企业层面，采用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法，对无锡市大型民营企业转型升级问题展开深入研究，提出当前主要存在的问题和原因在于人才的匮乏和法制环境的不健全阻碍了企业的技术创新；企业转型却无力进入垄断行业；家族发展思维管理模式缺乏战略性长远发展规划；不恰当的走出去战略阻碍了企业的国际化经营。无锡市大型民营企业当前和未来的发展必须更加坚定地走转型升级之路。马克思关于“内涵型再生产和提高资本有机构成理论”、邓小平理论关于“科学技术是第一生产力”和科学发展观关于“技术创新”的相关论述为当前我国大型民营企业转型升级提供了实现技术创新升级走内涵型发展道路的理论支撑。而作为大型民营企业转型升级的另一个重要方向的国际化经营，马克思和列宁关于“资本输出”理论、沃勒斯坦的现代世界体系理论则为其提供了重要的理论支撑。针对坚持技术创新升级走内涵型发展道路这一战略，从企业角度讲，应强化人力资本投资，完善“用才”机制；从政府角度讲，要保持促进企业转型升级的相关政策的延续性，构建公平的市场秩序，加大知识产权保护力度。针对企业走出去开展国际化经营这一战略，从企业角度讲，应继续强化内功，，善于培养和引进优秀的国际化人才，采取“抱团”的走出去策略；从政府角度讲，政府部门和相关工作人员亟需进一步解放观念和思想，加强对大型民营企业开展海外经营的支持力度，建议成立专门针对企业“走出去”的服务机构，建立健全相关制度和法律法规。
[Abstract]:The economic transformation and upgrading of Wuxi in the new period has achieved initial results, and the large private enterprises, as the leader of private economy, can not be ignored. Under the background of the rising cost of domestic factors and the global financial crisis, how to continuously promote the transformation and upgrading of large private enterprises is an important issue related to the economic transformation and upgrading of the whole city. This paper applies Marxist theory, from the micro enterprise level, adopts the method of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to carry out a deep study on the transformation and upgrading of large private enterprises in Wuxi. The main problems and reasons are that the lack of talents and the imperfect legal environment hinder the technological innovation of enterprises, the transformation of enterprises is unable to enter the monopoly industry, the management mode of family development thinking lacks of strategic long-term development plan; The improper strategy of going out hinders the internationalization of enterprises. The current and future development of large private enterprises in Wuxi City must be more firmly on the road of transformation and upgrading. Marx's Theory on "intension Reproduction and improvement of Organic composition of Capital", Deng Xiaoping's theory about "science and technology is the first productive force" and the scientific concept of development about "technological innovation" provide the connotation development for the transformation and upgrading of large private enterprises in China at present. As another important direction of international management in the transformation and upgrading of large private enterprises, Marx and Lenin's theory of "capital export", Wallerstein's theory of modern world system provides important theoretical support for it. In view of the strategy of adhering to the concept of technological innovation and upgrading, we should strengthen the investment of human capital and perfect the mechanism of "using talent" from the angle of enterprises, and from the government's point of view, we should maintain the continuity of relevant policies to promote the transformation and upgrading of enterprises. Build fair market order, increase intellectual property protection dynamics. In view of the strategy of enterprises going out to carry out international management, from the point of view of enterprises, we should continue to strengthen our internal work, be good at training and introducing outstanding international talents, and adopt the strategy of "going out with a group"; from the perspective of the government, we should continue to strengthen our internal work. Government departments and related staff urgently need to further emancipate their concepts and ideas, strengthen their support for large-scale private enterprises in their overseas operations, and propose to set up special service organizations for enterprises to "go out". Establish and improve relevant systems, laws and regulations.
