对中药现代化及中药国际化发展的思考

【摘要】：目的:探讨近年来在中药现代化及中药国际化发展之路上遇到的问题,并提出解决思路。方法:分析中药现代化的必要性,提出目前中药现代化发展中遇到的问题,总结其最新进展情况,并对中药国际化发展思路给出建议。结果:中药现代化发展遇到的问题有:基础研究滞后、产业发展基础薄弱、创新能力差;现代科学理论难以表达传统中药的内涵;资源保护不力,严重影响中药产业的可持续发展;知识产权保护不力,没有自主制订相应的国际标准;适应市场经济的中药现代化多元化投入体系尚未建立等。但中药现代化也取得了一些新进展:整体观认识在提高;中药多成分与药效研究在加强;从药效物质基础阐明中药作用的内涵;对于具有多成分的中药,从植物化学角度建立中药化学成分指纹图谱;应用现代科学对"辨证论治"和"君-臣-佐-使"配伍规律进行研究;"组学"方法和技术的应用等。中药国际化之路应加强国际合作,充分利用互联网优势,将大数据信息引入中医临床和中药产业发展。结论:中药现代化及中药国际化的发展,除需要继承和发扬中医药学传统理论外,还需要运用现代科学理论和先进技术,加强多方合作,加强对大数据的重视与利用。在中医药产业结构和产品的结构调整中,只有建立国际认可的药物标准规范体系,创制具有自主知识产权的中药并以治疗药物身份进入国际医药市场,才能振兴我国民族医药工业。
[Abstract]:Objective: to discuss the problems encountered in the modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years and to put forward some solutions. Methods: the necessity of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed, the problems encountered in the development of modernization of traditional Chinese medicine were put forward, the latest progress was summarized, and some suggestions were given for the development of internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. Results: the problems encountered in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine are: the lagging of basic research, the weak foundation of industrial development, the poor ability of innovation, the difficulty of expressing the connotation of traditional Chinese medicine in modern scientific theory, and the weak protection of resources. It seriously affects the sustainable development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry; the protection of intellectual property rights is weak and the corresponding international standards are not formulated independently; the modern and diversified input system of traditional Chinese medicine which adapts to the market economy has not been established, and so on. However, some new advances have been made in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine: the understanding of the whole view is improving; the study of the multi-component and pharmacodynamics of Chinese medicine is being strengthened; the connotation of the action of traditional Chinese medicine is clarified from the basis of its pharmacodynamic substance; and for the multi-component Chinese medicine, The fingerprint of chemical components of traditional Chinese medicine was established from the perspective of phytochemistry; the law of compatibility between "syndrome differentiation and treatment" and "Jun-Chen-Zuo" was studied by applying modern science; the application of methods and techniques of "group study" was also discussed. The way of internationalization of Chinese medicine should strengthen international cooperation, make full use of the advantages of Internet, and introduce big data information into TCM clinic and the development of TCM industry. Conclusion: in addition to inheriting and carrying forward the traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine also need to use modern scientific theory and advanced technology, strengthen multi-party cooperation, and strengthen the importance and utilization of big data. In the restructuring of the industrial structure and products of traditional Chinese medicine, the only way to establish an internationally recognized system of drug standards and norms is to create Chinese medicines with independent intellectual property rights and enter the international pharmaceutical market as therapeutic drugs. In order to revitalize our national medicine industry.
