我国首艘6000kW海洋油田增产船的设计与应用

【摘要】:根据海上油田增产作业的实际需求,自行设计并建造了具备自主知识产权的我国首艘6 000 kW海洋油田增产船,在船型总体设计、增产设备选型、增产设备稳性计算、增产液舱及供液接口设计、增产流程控制等方面取得了创新突破,实现了不占用海上平台面积、不需改造平台甲板的目标,避免了吊装摆放增产设备和交叉作业,提供了较以往更经济快速、质量更稳定的油田增产服务模式,极大降低了平台作业风险。曹妃甸11-1油田现场应用表明,该增产船增产设备可最大限度地提高油藏采收率,能高效开发边际油田,提升油田开发效益,降低作业综合费用。
[Abstract]:According to the actual demand of offshore oil field production, the first 6 000 kW offshore oil field production ship with independent intellectual property rights has been designed and built in our country. The overall design of ship type, the selection of production increasing equipment, and the calculation of the stability of production increasing equipment are carried out. Innovative breakthroughs have been made in the design of the tank and liquid supply interface, the control of the production process, and the realization of the goal of not occupying the area of the offshore platform and the need to transform the deck of the platform, thus avoiding the hoisting and placing of the production increasing equipment and the cross operation. It provides a more economical, faster and more stable service mode for oil field production and greatly reduces the risk of platform operation. The field application of Caofeidian 11-1 oilfield shows that the equipment can increase the oil recovery to the maximum extent, develop the marginal oil field efficiently, promote the development benefit and reduce the comprehensive cost of operation.
