制麦企业碳足迹及能源消费评价

【摘要】:人类工业化“高生产、高消耗”的传统发展模式实现了国民生产总值的迅速增长,而以化石能源、电能、水能等为代表的传统能源消耗问题也随之产生。针对这些问题,人们进一步提出了“从摇篮到坟墓”的生命周期概念并已应用于建筑、材料、食品、废弃物管理等领域。企业可通过对生产全过程的数据调查更好地建立生产与能源消耗及环境压力之间的关系,从而进一步分析评价关于能源消耗的环境影响。制麦企业在搞好自身生产的同时也须了解自身生产过程的碳足迹情况,这对于节能减排,提高企业形象与核心竞争力来说具有重要意义。 基于碳足迹评估理论,采用全生命周期法,以中粮麦芽(大连)有限公司为案例,对其制麦生产碳足迹进行分析和评价。结果表明,中粮麦芽(大连)有限公司在节能减排中需重点集中于直接排放中的锅炉燃煤排放部分;同时,大麦进厂运输过程中所造成的碳排放也是不容忽视的;此外,废弃物处理、脱硫置换与燃煤运输所产生的碳足迹则很小,可忽略不计。制麦生产对环境的潜在影响大小依次为全球变暖、酸化、工业烟尘、富营养化;各子系统对环境的潜在影响大小依次为排潮干燥、发芽、浸麦;排潮干燥对煤和电力的消耗均较大;该厂对淡水资源消耗则较小。 此外,本文对国内首个具有自主知识产权的LCA软件eBalance(测评版)的工作方式进行了研究,并结合制麦子系统的生产状况对eBalance的各过程进行介绍。
[Abstract]:The traditional development mode of "high production and high consumption" of human industrialization has realized the rapid growth of gross national product (GNP), and the problem of traditional energy consumption, such as fossil energy, electric energy, water energy, etc. To solve these problems, the concept of "cradle to grave" life cycle has been put forward and applied to the fields of construction, materials, food, waste management and so on. Enterprises can better establish the relationship between production, energy consumption and environmental pressure through the data survey of the whole process of production, so as to further analyze and evaluate the environmental impact of energy consumption. It is important for the enterprises to realize the carbon footprint of their own production process, to save energy and reduce emissions, to improve their image and core competitiveness. Based on the theory of carbon footprint assessment, this paper analyzes and evaluates the carbon footprint of grain production by using the whole life cycle method and taking Cofang malt (Dalian) Co., Ltd as a case study. The results show that Cofco malt (Dalian) Co., Ltd. should focus on the coal-fired emission from boiler in its direct emission reduction. At the same time, the carbon emissions caused by barley entering and transporting are not to be ignored; in addition, The carbon footprint generated by waste disposal, desulfurization replacement and coal-burning transportation is small and negligible. The potential effects of wheat production on environment are global warming, acidification, industrial soot and eutrophication, and the potential effects of each subsystem on environment are draining, drying, germination and wheat soaking. The consumption of coal and electricity by draught drying is greater than that of fresh water resources by this plant. In addition, this paper studies the working mode of the first LCA software eBalance (Evaluation Edition) with independent intellectual property rights in China, and introduces the processes of eBalance in combination with the production situation of wheat production system.
