我国科技竞争力的发展变化和影响因素研究
[Abstract]:Scientific and technological competitiveness is a comprehensive embodiment of a country's scientific and technological strength, total amount, and scientific and technological potential and level. It not only reflects a country's potential development capacity and overall level of science and technology, but also serves as a key factor and an important component of a country's international competitiveness. It plays a decisive role in national economic construction and international economic competition, and also plays a crucial role in promoting the sustainable development of human society. Through the theoretical analysis of the development, influence factors and concepts of the scientific and technological competitiveness, we can clearly see the direct effect of the scientific and technological competitiveness on the international competitiveness of a country. China is a developing country. The improvement of national comprehensive strength and the development of economy need to enhance the scientific and technological competitiveness of our country. At the same time, our country is faced with the task of developing economy, protecting environment, developing and protecting resources. Only by improving our scientific and technological competitiveness can we solve these problems. On the basis of such reality, this paper studies and analyzes the development and change of our country's scientific and technological competitiveness and its influencing factors through the discussion of five parts. The introduction part and the second chapter are mainly about the background of the research and the related theoretical knowledge. The third and fourth chapters adopt a large number of theories, and the data and examples study the development and changes of our country's scientific and technological competitiveness and its influencing factors. It is concluded that our country's scientific and technological competitiveness is generally in the upper and middle reaches of the world, and there is still a big gap with the developed countries, and there are their own strengths and weaknesses in the corresponding specific indicators. According to the results of comparative research and analysis, the last part of this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of science and technology in China, which can be summed up as follows: people-oriented, attach importance to talent training, and emphasize the important role of talents in the scientific and technological competition; The most important of them is to strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights, to promote the integration of industry, education and research, to strengthen the relationship between schools and enterprises, and to win by cooperation. Finally, the conclusion summarizes the full text, pointing out the deficiencies in the research process.
