基于DPC31的PROFIBUS-DP嵌入式从站模块开发

【摘要】:现场总线控制系统已逐渐发展为继集散控制系统之后的新一代控制系统,成为当前控制领域的热点之一。在众多的现场总线标准中,过程现场总线(PROFIBUS)标准以其国际化、开放式、不依赖于生产商的种种优势,成为当前世界及国内争相研究的对象。PROFIBUS包括PROFIBUS-DP、PROFIBUS-PA、PROFIBUS-FMS三个系列,其中PROFIBUS-DP是目前欧洲乃至全球应用最广泛的现场总线系统,因其通信速率快(最高可达12M)、抗干扰能力强、安装简便、扩展方便,使得它适用于各种工业自动化领域。 目前国内对于PROFIBUS-DP技术的应用和研究主要以系统集成和工程应用为主,研发还是集中在国外的一些大公司,这就造成了这些大公司对这些产品的垄断,使得DP总线产品使用成本增加,阻碍了PROFIBUS-DP技术在我国的应用和发展。因此,研究开发具有自主知识产权的PROFIBUS-DP产品目前就显得尤为重要。 本文针对DP现场总线在我国的应用和发展现状,在研究分析PROFIBUS-DP协议结构和通信原理的基础上,给出了单片机+DPC31+RS-485驱动电路+双口RAM的DP嵌入式从站的开发方案,以单片机+DPC31+RS-485驱动电路实现DP从节点功能,以单片机+双口RAM实现与外部设备数据交换功能,并在此基础上完成了软硬件实现。最后根据实际应用的条件和环境,搭建了DP智能从站的通信测试平台,并对本嵌入式模块进行了功能测试,测试结果达到了预期目标。在完成了PROFIBUS-DP智能从站功能的基础上,本文又给出了进一步的工作,在本模块上增加SIM1-2调制解调电路实现PA从节点功能,并给出了软硬件设计方法以及通信测试方案,并最终完成了软硬件方面的工作。本文的特色与创新之处在于:①采用通信协议芯片DPC31来实现DP从节点功能,具有更好的扩展性、应用也更灵活。②采用双口RAM实现与外部设备的数据交换,方便、快速、简洁!③整个软件从底层开发,技术不再受限于国外,也无需购买国外公司的生产许可。
[Abstract]:Fieldbus control system has gradually developed into a new generation of control system after distributed control system, and has become one of the hot spots in the current control field. Among the many fieldbus standards, the process fieldbus (PROFIBUS) standard has become the object of worldwide and domestic research due to its internationalized, open and independent advantages of manufacturers. PROFIBUS includes PROFIBUS-DP,PROFIBUS-PA, Among the three series of PROFIBUS-FMS, PROFIBUS-DP is the most widely used fieldbus system in Europe and even the whole world. Because of its high communication rate (up to 12M), strong anti-interference ability, simple installation and easy expansion, Make it applicable to all kinds of industrial automation field. At present, the domestic application and research of PROFIBUS-DP technology mainly focus on system integration and engineering application, and R & D is still concentrated in some large companies abroad, which results in the monopoly of these products by these large companies. The cost of using DP bus products is increased, which hinders the application and development of PROFIBUS-DP technology in China. Therefore, the research and development of PROFIBUS-DP products with independent intellectual property rights is particularly important. This paper aims at the application and development of DP fieldbus in our country. Based on the research and analysis of PROFIBUS-DP protocol structure and communication principle, this paper presents the development scheme of DP slave station of single-chip microcomputer DPC31 RS-485 drive circuit with dual-port RAM, which is based on the research and analysis of PROFIBUS-DP protocol structure and communication principle. The function of slave node of DP is realized by DPC31 RS-485 drive circuit of single chip microcomputer, and the data exchange function with external equipment is realized by RAM of single chip microcomputer. On the basis of this, the software and hardware are realized. Finally, according to the practical application conditions and environment, the communication test platform of DP intelligent slave station is built, and the function of the embedded module is tested, and the test results reach the expected goal. On the basis of completing the function of PROFIBUS-DP intelligent slave station, the further work is given in this paper. The SIM1-2 modulation and demodulation circuit is added to the module to realize the function of PA slave node, and the design method of hardware and software and the communication test scheme are also given. Finally, the work of software and hardware is finished. The features and innovations of this paper are as follows: (1) the communication protocol chip (DPC31) is used to realize the slave node function of DP, which has better expansibility and more flexible application. (2) the dual-port RAM is used to realize the data exchange with external equipment, which is convenient and fast. Concise! 3 the whole software is developed from the bottom, technology is no longer restricted to foreign countries, nor need to buy the production license of foreign companies.
