基于EN298:2003安全标准的自动燃气燃烧器控制系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:燃料广泛应用于工农业生产和人类生活,随着科学和技术的发展,为了使燃料得以更加合理的开发和利用,燃烧器应运而生。如今,燃烧器已经逐步进入人类生产生活的各个领域,燃烧过程控制也已经成为控制理论应用的主要领域。相对于其他欧美发达国家,我国燃烧器技术发展历史较短,技术也相对落后,生产燃烧器以及燃烧控制设备没有明确的质量安全标准,进口燃烧器及控制设备做工精美,高效环保,然而价格偏高。本文对照欧盟的EN298:2003安全标准规范,结合国内燃烧控制系统的实际需求,研究和设计了一款低成本、智能化、高效环保、安全性更高的燃气燃烧器控制系统。 该系统主要通过STC单片机实现对燃气燃烧器的一键式自动化操作,为设备运行过程中的进风、点火、输气等过程添加了智能化的控制机制。同时,为保证该设备始终处于安全的工作状态,即FailSafe状态,硬件方面,采用了双MCU技术,软件方面,在系统中为检测、控制、复位等功能设置了一系列基于安全的逻辑判定,对实际操作中的故障具有锁存和一定的自我修复能力。为使产品投入生产和使用时具备更高的可靠性,提高系统的电磁兼容(EMC)能力,笔者对硬件电路进行了精心设计,电路高压部分220V交流电和给MCU供电的低压部分全部采用光电耦合器加以隔离。此外,为保护知识产权和厂方权益,该系统内部设置了自主编写的芯片加密程序,使非法分子即使抄袭了电路板上的硬件部分,也无法盗用芯片上的程序。 在系统后期测试的过程中,利用生产厂商提供的测试台对系统进行了基本功能测试,结果显示:系统可以按照预定的流程对进风、点火、输气等过程进行智能化控制,并且可以对模拟的故障进行锁存和修复;利用DN801电快脉冲群静电干扰仪对系统进行了稳定性测试,结果表明:在脉冲群干扰的情况下,系统可以正常稳定地持续工作,满足燃气燃烧器控制系统的要求;最终,在系统生产厂商项目负责人协助下完成了系统整体性测试:系统各项功能、技术指标均满足行业标准和厂商要求,已投入批量化生产,并推向市场。
[Abstract]:Fuel is widely used in industrial and agricultural production and human life. With the development of science and technology, burners emerge as the times require in order to make the development and utilization of fuel more reasonable. Nowadays, the burner has gradually entered into various fields of human production and life, and combustion process control has become the main field of control theory application. Compared with other developed countries in Europe and America, the history of development of burner technology in China is relatively short and the technology is relatively backward. There is no clear quality and safety standard for the production of burners and combustion control equipment, and imported burners and control equipment are of exquisite workmanship. Efficient environmental protection, but the price is on the high side. In this paper, a low cost, intelligent, high efficiency and high safety gas burner control system is studied and designed in accordance with the EN298:2003 safety standard of EU and the actual demand of domestic combustion control system. The system realizes the one-key automatic operation of the gas burner by STC single chip microcomputer, and adds the intelligent control mechanism for the process of air intake, ignition and gas transmission during the operation of the equipment. At the same time, in order to ensure that the equipment is always in a safe working state, that is, the state of FailSafe and the hardware, double MCU technology and software are adopted, and a series of logic judgment based on safety are set up in the system for the functions of detection, control, reset, etc. It has the ability of locking and self-repairing. In order to make the product have higher reliability when it is put into production and use, and to improve the (EMC) capability of electromagnetic compatibility, the hardware circuit is carefully designed. The high voltage part of the circuit 220 V AC and the low voltage part of the power supply to MCU are all isolated by photocoupler. In addition, in order to protect the intellectual property rights and the rights and interests of the factory, the system has set up a self-written chip encryption program, so that illegal elements can not steal the program on the chip even if they copy the hardware part of the circuit board. In the later testing process of the system, the basic function of the system is tested by the test bench provided by the manufacturer. The results show that the system can intelligently control the air intake, ignition, gas transmission and other processes according to the predetermined process. And the simulated fault can be latched and repaired. The stability of the system is tested by using the DN801 electric fast pulse group electrostatic jammer. The results show that the system can work normally and stably under the condition of pulse group interference and meet the requirements of the gas burner control system. Finally, with the help of the project manager of the system manufacturer, the system integrity test is completed: all the system functions and technical indexes meet the industry standards and manufacturers' requirements, and have been put into mass production and put into the market.
