基于ARM与FPGA的并条机自调匀整控制系统研究与实现

【摘要】:并条是提高与改进纺纱质量的最后一道工序,对棉条的质量有决定性作用,因此高性能的并条机在纺织工业中占有重要的地位。虽然国内纺织业近年来发展迅速,但中高档并条机还是进口国外的整机设备或控制器,研制出具有自主知识产权的高性能并条机,依然是当前纺织机械行业转型升级的关键任务。 本文主要论述了基于ARM+FPGA架构的自调匀整控制系统,包括了自调匀整的原理、系统的整体架构、系统的软硬件实现以及系统的调试及生产实验。 本文首先从牵伸结构和控制原理的角度,详细论述了罗拉牵伸理论以及自调匀整的基本原理。在阐述完原理之后,本文接着分析了该控制系统的设计需求,然后根据需求提出了ARM+FPGA的系统解决方案,并详细阐述了控制系统的总体构架。控制系统主要由硬件电路和软件程序组成,在系统架构明了之后,,本文开始详细阐述系统的软硬件功能及实现,这也是本文工作的重点。首先描述了硬件电路板的结构,接着详细讲述了FPGA的各个模块的功能、结构及实现,最后结合流程图阐述了基于ARM的系统软件及算法实现。 本文所述自调匀整控制系统已经安装在D101L并条机上,并开机试运行了较长的时间。实际生产实验证明,该控制系统的匀整效果理想,能显著改善并棉质量,而且系统长时间运行稳定性良好,能很好满足实际生产需求。
[Abstract]:Drawing is the last process to improve and improve the spinning quality, which plays a decisive role in the quality of cotton sliver. Therefore, the high performance drawing frame plays an important role in the textile industry. Although the domestic textile industry has been developing rapidly in recent years, the medium and high grade drawing machines are still imported from foreign countries as a whole equipment or controller, and a high-performance drawing machine with independent intellectual property rights has been developed. Is still the textile machinery industry transformation and upgrading of the key task. This paper mainly discusses the autoleveller control system based on ARM FPGA architecture, including the principle of autoleveller, the whole structure of the system, the software and hardware realization of the system, the debugging of the system and the production experiment. In this paper, the drawing theory and the basic principle of autoleveling are discussed in detail from the angle of drafting structure and control principle. After explaining the principle, this paper then analyzes the design requirements of the control system, then puts forward the system solution of ARM FPGA according to the requirement, and expounds the overall structure of the control system in detail. The control system is mainly composed of hardware circuit and software program. After the system structure is clear, this paper begins to elaborate the software and hardware functions of the system and its implementation, which is also the focus of this paper. Firstly, the structure of hardware circuit board is described, then the function, structure and realization of each module of FPGA are described in detail. Finally, the realization of system software and algorithm based on ARM is described in combination with flow chart. The autoleveller control system described in this paper has been installed on the D101L drawing frame and has been put into operation for a long time. The actual production experiments show that the control system has ideal leveling effect and can improve the quality of cotton significantly. Moreover, the system has a good stability for a long time and can meet the actual production requirements well.
