柠檬酸生产专利的分析研究

【摘要】：专利分析作为专利信息利用的一种有效方式,是提高企业的技术创新水平、把握市场方向的一条重要途径。中国是世界上最大的柠檬酸生产国和出口国,目前中国柠檬酸年产能已经超过100万吨,受金融危机及欧美反倾销等因素影响,全球的柠檬酸市场竞争异常激烈,只有技术进步才能使企业在市场竞争中立于不败之地。对国内外包括柠檬酸生产在内的行业技术方面的专利进行分析和研究,具有非常重要的研究意义,我国只有在柠檬酸生产技术领域实施知识产权保护,才能保护我国柠檬酸产业,并以自主知识产权的柠檬酸生产技术参与国内、国际市场竞争。另外,通过对我国柠檬酸生产的专利技术与全球范围内该领域专利技术的比较分析,可以了解该领域包含的技术要点、采用的技术手段、我国技术的优劣势,对今后我国在柠檬酸生产领域的技术研发方向和目标都具有重要的参考意义,同时还可以避免出现技术引进与输出时的出现重复利用他人技术。 然而,目前国内外尚没有关于柠檬酸生产专利的分析研究。本文应用数据全面的ORBIT专利检索系统,在中国专利文献数据库、德温特世界专利索引数据库、欧洲专利局专利文献数据库等世界几大权威数据库中对柠檬酸生产技术领域的专利信息进行全面的检索、人工标引后,针对该专利所构成的技术发明点、技术实施手段,对行业内整体专利情况进行分析,并确定技术领域的核心技术、专利空白点。同时,分别从全球专利情况分析、中国专利情况分析两部分对申请量、申请类型、区域专利分布、技术发明点分布、主要申请人等几个方面进行比较研究,并对重点领域内的研发热点和发展趋势进行分析和总结。最后结合专利分析结果,试图对如何进一步提高我国柠檬酸生产技术、如何使柠檬酸行业稳定发展,提出了一些相应的应对措施和国家政策方面的建议。 本文主要由五章内容构成。 第一章本文的研究意义和目的。本章是绪论部分,除了讲述本文的研究意义、研究目的外,还详细的描述了检索方法和数据去干扰处理方法,并指出本研究的创新点和不足之处。 第二章柠檬酸生产技术的发展过程及柠檬酸产业现状。本部分是本文的研究背景,主要描述了柠檬酸技术的发展历程、目前国内外柠檬酸市场的形式、以及主要的柠檬酸生产企业的情况。 第三章全球范围内柠檬酸生产专利的分析。本部分是对全球范围的柠檬酸生产专利做了整体申请态势分析,包括年度申请量、申请国家、专利权人、专利类别等要素进行分析。 第四章在中国申请的柠檬酸生产专利分析。本部分针对在中国申请的柠檬酸生产专利,分别从专利年度发展趋势,主要专利权人申请情况、专利类型、技术发明点分布情况、国内主要柠檬酸生产厂家申请情况等几个维度进行专利分析。同时还对中国申请人在国外申请的柠檬酸生产专利情况和外国专利申请人在中国申请的柠檬酸生产专利情况进行对比分析,揭示我国在该技术领域存在的一些问题。 第五章基于专利分析的柠檬酸生产技术发展政策建议。本部分是本文的结论部分,除了总结此次专利检索分析的结果外,提出一些旨在推动我国柠檬酸产业发展的技术和政策方面的建议。
