高速公路车道收费系统的设计与开发

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济持续快速发展,新高速公路建设也呈现快速发展的势头,全国形成了快速、便捷、通畅的高速公路主干道和连接东西南北的高速大通道。收费模式也由以前的单站、单路的收费模式变成现在大规模联网收费。随着收费功能信息化进程的不断加强和深入和全国各省市高速公路网络化的进程也在大力发展中,信息资源也得到了较大程度的共享。现在国内使用的收费系统相关软件大部分在Windows平台基础上开发,随着国家加大知识产权的保护,使收费系统建设成本加大,同时Windows操作系统也存在以下不可避免的不足:高资源消耗及安全漏洞,不能随意定制版本,,版本更新频繁,支持期短,操作系统购置费庞大,系统故障修复时间长,难度大。由于高速公路特殊性的收费环境及24小时的高强度工作的特点,收费车道操作系统发生故障导致无法收费的情况比较多,一旦发生故障就必须重新安装系统,由于重新安装系统过程复杂,专业性强,处于故障一线的收费人员不能直接参与故障修复,只能关闭发生故障车道等待专业维护人员到来。 本课题研究是在现有收费软件的基础上,进行需求的再分析、总体技术方案设计、关键性技术实现、测试与分析、与现有收费软件比较、新老系统融合与过度,解决现有收费软件的安全性和稳定性存在的漏洞,运行不稳定和维护成本高、故障状态下的恢复时间长等问题,开发与定制更加适合收费系统特性的收费应用软件。 高速公路车道收费软件的设计与开发是高速公路最主要、最基础的项目,新收费软件实现了收费系统的稳定性、可靠性、安全性,很大程度上提高了高速公路收费、营运管理服务水平。不仅有利于江苏省高速公路收费系统软件今后的发展,也对全国的高速公路收费软件的发展具有指导意义。其成果整体上具有现实意义和创新性。
[Abstract]:With the sustained and rapid development of our national economy, the construction of the new expressway is also showing a rapid development momentum, the country has formed a fast, convenient, smooth highway trunk road and connecting the east and west of the high-speed north-south large passage. With the continuous strengthening and deepening of the information-based process of toll collection function and the development of highway networking in various provinces and cities of the country, the information resources are also being shared to a large extent. At present, most of the software related to the charge system used in China is developed on the basis of the Windows platform. As the state increases the protection of intellectual property rights, the construction cost of the charging system increases. At the same time, the Windows operating system also has the following inevitable shortcomings: high resource consumption and security vulnerabilities, can not be customized version, version update frequently, short support period, operating system purchase cost is huge, system fault repair time is long, difficult. Due to the special toll environment of freeway and the characteristics of high-intensity work in 24 hours, the operating system failure in toll lane leads to more cases that can't be charged. Once it breaks down, the system must be reinstalled. Because the process of reinstalling the system is complex and professional, the toll personnel in the fault line can not take part in the fault repair directly, and can only close the fault lane and wait for the professional maintenance personnel to arrive. This research is based on the existing charge software, reanalysis of the demand, overall technical scheme design, key technology implementation, testing and analysis, compared with the existing charging software, the new and old system fusion and excessive, In order to solve the problems of the security and stability of the existing charging software, such as unstable operation and high maintenance cost, long recovery time under the condition of failure, the development and customization of the charging application software is more suitable for the characteristics of the charging system. The design and development of freeway lane toll software is the most important and basic project of expressway. The new toll collection software realizes the stability, reliability and safety of toll collection system. Operating management service level. It is not only conducive to the future development of expressway toll collection system software in Jiangsu Province, but also has a guiding significance for the development of highway toll collection software in China.
