The magazine is a monthly magazine, published at home and abroad, priced at 20 yuan per issue. The magazine adheres to the relevant national laws and regulations, carries out intellectual property academic research and exchanges, promotes the improvement and development of intellectual property rights, and adheres to the correct direction of running journals, which has played a theoretical guiding role in the development of intellectual property rights in China. Its main columns are high-level forums, academic research, judicial research, contending of a hundred schools of thought, work practices and international knowledge production.
