[Abstract]:Background: a science and technology park in Ningxia is a national-level high-tech industrial technology service area, an industrial agglomeration area and an incubator base that integrates information technology, biotechnology, intellectual property conversion, and so on. It basically covers 90% of the high-efficiency and high-quality resources of information industry in Ningxia and surrounding areas. Since its completion, the park has been stationed in more than 500 enterprises, with annual revenue of more than 10 billion yuan. The park covers an area of 1 square kilometer, using the enterprise debt-issuing funds construction in stages. The first phase of construction, commissioned by the Government on behalf of the Authority, was completed and put into operation in 2012, but owing to engineering and financial problems, the project was delayed in acceptance and closure
