基于EPA的工业控制器的设计

【摘要】:本课题是基于工业以太网EPA通信协议来设计实现一个工业控制器。 近年来,随着国家有关部门的大力支持和投入,我国工业自动化技术得到了蓬勃的发展。通常一个综合自动化网络平台应该包括工业现场设备层、控制层、管理层等层次,目前很多企业需要建立以工业网络技术为基础的企业信息化系统。当前EPA实时工业以太网作为我国第一个拥有自主知识产权的现场总线国家标准,在国内EPA实时工业以太网通信协议得到了快速的发展,因此基于EPA实时工业以太网通信协议的现场控制器的设计也是亟需完成研发。EPA现场控制设备的核心是基于EPA的现场控制器设计,为此,设计一款基于EPA的工业控制器可以很好的满足工业控制要求,实现综合自动化网络管理,既可以提供独立的控制功能,还可以通过网络互连形成现场总线控制系统,对EPA实时工业以太网的发展有着及其重大的影响。 本课题设计的基于EPA通信协议栈的工业控制器作为现场控制级的装置,具有工业级信号的输入输出接口,能够与多种的现场级工业设备相连接,还可以监测和控制现场级的工业设备以及与其它智能控制器和上位机的网络通信等功能。在本课题中详细的介绍了基于EPA的工业控制器的硬件解决方案,包括核心处理器的最小系统、以太网控制器电路、存储器扩展电路以及工业信号量电平转换电路,并且给出了各个子电路的详细电路原理图;此外在软件设计方面也给出了本课题设计的工业控制器的软件流程图和部分关键代码;最后本文针对控制器的调试部分也进行了一定的介绍。
[Abstract]:This topic is based on the industrial Ethernet EPA communication protocol to design and implement an industrial controller. In recent years, with the support and investment of the relevant departments of our country, the industrial automation technology of our country has got the vigorous development. Usually, an integrated automation network platform should include industrial field equipment layer, control layer, management level, and so on. At present, many enterprises need to establish enterprise information system based on industrial network technology. At present, EPA real-time industrial Ethernet, as the first national standard of field bus with independent intellectual property rights, has been developed rapidly in EPA real-time industrial Ethernet communication protocol in China. Therefore, the design of field controller based on EPA real-time industrial Ethernet communication protocol is also urgent to complete the research and development. The core of EPA field control equipment is the design of field controller based on EPA. The design of an industrial controller based on EPA can well meet the requirements of industrial control and realize integrated automation network management. It can not only provide independent control functions, but also form a fieldbus control system through network interconnection. It has great influence on the development of EPA real-time industrial Ethernet. The industrial controller based on EPA communication protocol stack is a device of field control level, which has the input and output interface of industrial signal, and can be connected with a variety of field-level industrial equipment. It can also monitor and control industrial equipment at the field level and network communication with other intelligent controllers and PC. In this paper, the hardware solution of industrial controller based on EPA is introduced in detail, including the minimum system of core processor, Ethernet controller circuit, memory expansion circuit and industrial semaphore level conversion circuit. The detailed circuit schematic diagram of each sub-circuit is given. In addition, the software flow chart and some key codes of the industrial controller designed in this paper are also given in the aspect of software design. Finally, the debugging part of the controller is also introduced.
