成都图书馆信息资源共享系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:信息时代的图书馆不仅仅限于传统的纸质书刊服务,而是着重发展数字图书馆,收集并保存各种数字信息资源。一方面,图书馆每天都在不断地增加数字信息资源的容量;另一方面,其购买的数字信息资源又受到知识产权的保护和数字资源提供商的授权限制,只能在图书馆内部使用,无法通过互联网进行访问。这大大限制了数字信息资源的传播,提高了用户对信息资源的访问时间和能源成本。因此,建立一种有效的数字信息资源共享模式,让图书馆的所有使用者都可以免费、便捷地在外网访问本馆数字信息资源,是本课题所要解决的问题。本课题研究并提出了一种既可以保证图书馆合法用户在信息资源提供商许可并授权的前提下可以通过互联网随时随地访问图书馆购买的数字信息资源,又不影响图书馆网络系统安全和内部办公的解决方案,从而最大化的实现数字信息资源的共享。本课题设计并实现了成都图书馆信息资源共享系统,它是基于远程访问服务RAS(Remote Access Service)的数字信息资源共享系统,采用Squid代理技术、ASP.NET、SQL Server 2005数据库等实现图书馆合法用户通过互联网随时随地访问成都图书馆内部的数字信息资源。同时根据管理员与用户的不同,实现系统登录身份认证、用户信息管理、用户公告、用户留言回复等功能,从而解决了图书馆信息资源共享的问题。本课题的实现,极大增加了图书馆数字信息资源的利用率,适应了信息网络发展的大趋势,使图书馆可以有效给每一个使用其购买的数字资源的用户授权,从而也解决了信息资源提供商的利益和版权问题。更深层次的意义在于图书馆授权用户可以在家中甚至是国外通过互联网访问图书馆的数字资源,延伸了信息资源的共享范围,从而在技术上解决了用户在查找、使用信息实存在的地域、时间、精力等不对称现象。
[Abstract]:The library in the information age is not only limited to the traditional paper-based books and periodicals, but also focuses on the development of digital libraries and the collection and preservation of all kinds of digital information resources. On the one hand, the library is constantly increasing the capacity of digital information resources every day; On the other hand, the digital information resources it buys are restricted by the protection of intellectual property rights and the authorization of the digital resource providers, which can only be used in the library and cannot be accessed through the Internet. This greatly limits the dissemination of digital information resources and increases the access time and energy cost of users to information resources. Therefore, to establish an effective mode of sharing digital information resources, so that all users of the library can access the digital information resources of the library free of charge and convenient on the external network, is the problem to be solved in this paper. This paper studies and puts forward a kind of digital information resources which can guarantee the library legal users can access the digital information resources purchased by the library at any time, anywhere through the Internet, under the premise of the license and authorization of the information resources provider. It does not affect the security of library network system and the solution of internal office, so as to maximize the sharing of digital information resources. This paper designs and implements the information resource sharing system of Chengdu Library. It is a digital information resource sharing system based on remote access service RAS (Remote Access Service). It adopts Squid agent technology and ASP.NET,. SQL Server 2005 database can access the digital information resources of Chengdu library at any time, anywhere through the Internet. At the same time, according to the difference between the administrator and the user, the system realizes the functions of login authentication, user information management, user announcement, user message reply and so on, thus solving the problem of information resource sharing in the library. The realization of this subject greatly increases the utilization rate of library digital information resources, adapts to the general trend of the development of information network, and enables the library to effectively authorize every user who uses the digital resources purchased by him or her. Thus also solved the information resource provider's interest and the copyright problem. The deeper significance is that the authorized users of the library can access the digital resources of the library at home and even abroad through the Internet, extending the sharing scope of the information resources, and thus technically solving the users' search. The use of information exists in the region, time, energy and other asymmetrical phenomena.
