南昌富水砂卵石地层土压平衡盾构掘进施工技术研究

【摘要】:随着国内地铁工程建设规模的不断扩大,地铁施工过程中引发的各类安全事故引起了社会各界广泛的关注,地铁建设的总体安全形势不容乐观,南昌地铁施工过程中采用盾构法掘进施工存在较多的施工风险。本文立足于南昌地铁的建设实际,依托南昌地区富水砂卵石地层地铁工程施工安全关键技术研究项目背景,在南昌轨道交通1号线土建六标段工程建设过程中,为应对施工风险避免安全事故,对地铁掘进施工有关安全控制的掘进技术进行了研究和总结,主要研究内容如下:1、依据盾构机类型的地层适应条件和南昌轨道交通1号线土建六标工程项目具体的水文地质情况确定了本项目的盾构机类型和参数配置以及针对盾构机刀盘刀具进行了适应性设计。2、根据地质条件,对盾构机主要技术参数进行了验算,并与盾构机原设计的额定参数进行比较,以确认盾构选型的正确性及适应性。3、通过分析掘进过程中的施工难点,为应对施工难点问题提出了具有自主知识产权的保压泵出渣技术、二次注浆技术和高分子聚合物注入系统技术,并对此类有关掘进施工安全控制的关键技术进行了系统的研究和总结。4、结合实际工程案例,对环境敏感区江西省人大常委会沿线段的左右线主要掘进参数统计分析,通过数据对比分析得出左线事故产生原因,并提出应对措施以防止事故的再次发生,同时提出有利于掘进施工安全的主要掘进参数合理控制范围以及就掘进施工关键技术在工程实体上的运用控制效果进行了验证,掘进施工技术可供后续待建工程参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of the scale of subway construction in China, all kinds of safety accidents caused by subway construction have aroused widespread concern from all walks of life in society, and the overall safety situation of subway construction is not optimistic. There are many construction risks in Nanchang subway construction by shield method. Based on the construction practice of Nanchang metro, this paper relies on the background of the key technology research project of subway construction in the water-rich sand-pebble stratum in Nanchang area, and during the construction of the sixth civil construction section of Nanchang Rail Transit Line 1, In order to deal with the construction risk and avoid safety accidents, the excavation technology of safety control in subway excavation construction is studied and summarized. The main research contents are as follows: 1. According to the stratum adaptation conditions of shield machine type and the specific hydrogeological conditions of the sixth civil engineering project of Nanchang Rail Transit Line 1, the type and parameter configuration of shield machine and the cutter feed for shield machine are determined. Okay, adaptive design. 2, According to the geological conditions, the main technical parameters of the shield machine are checked and calculated, and compared with the rated parameters of the original design of the shield machine, in order to confirm the correctness and adaptability of the shield machine selection. 3, by analyzing the construction difficulties in the excavation process, In order to deal with the difficult problems in construction, the technology of holding pressure pump slag removal, secondary grouting technology and polymer injection system technology with independent intellectual property rights are put forward. The key technologies of safety control in tunneling construction are systematically studied and summarized. 4. Combined with practical engineering cases, the main driving parameters of the left and right lines along the line of Jiangxi Provincial people's Congress standing Committee in the environment sensitive area are statistically analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of the data, the causes of the left line accident are obtained, and the countermeasures are put forward to prevent the recurrence of the accident. At the same time, the reasonable control range of the main tunneling parameters which is beneficial to the safety of tunneling construction and the application control effect of the key technology of tunneling construction on the engineering entity are verified. The excavation construction technology can be used for reference and reference in the subsequent construction projects.
