《欧洲议会和欧盟理事会关于协调成员国商标立法的指令》英汉笔译实践报告

　　随着社会经济的不断发展,人们越来越重视知识产权,尤其是商标权。在此背景下,2015年欧盟发布了《欧洲议会和欧盟理事会关于协调成员国商标立法的指令》。本次翻译实践以这份指令作为翻译素材,将该指令的英文版本译为中文版本。该指令作为一种协调法,重在协调欧盟成员国之间的商标实体法和程序法规则。其内容比《保护工业产权的巴黎公约》更丰富,操作性更强,对我国协调两岸四地的商标法规则有重要的借鉴意义,对实践中商标争议的解决也有较高的参考价值。本翻译实践以弗米尔的目的论为指导,确定了翻译的目的和使命。本文分析了原文的语体特征,以商标法领域的专业术语和长难句为重点,列举了一些翻译实例,详细阐述了难点及其解决过程。最后对本次翻译实践进行了总结。
