The causes of this imbalanced teaching are analyzed in view of the three stages of corporate management and better integrated business administration education. Recommendations are offered for introducing management for starting an enterprise and crisis management, incorporating classroom teaching with practice activities, and strengthening research to enhance teaching. Key words: imbalanced teaching; management for starting an enterprise; crisis management 近年来，我国的工商管理取得了突出的成就，各级各类高等院校每年为国家培养了大批的工商管理人才，他们在各类企事业单位的实际工作中，发挥了巨大的作用，有力地推进了我国经济发展和社会建设。然而面对目前全球范围内的金融危机，我们也发现目前我国工商管理教育中部分高校忽视创业教育和危机教育这二个根本的环节，，这显然是不科学、不合理的。本文试图研究问题的成因，提出相应的对策建议，以推动我国工商管理教育的不断完善。 随着席卷全球的金融危机的产生和漫延，我们发现以美国华尔街为代表的企业精英们无法面临当下的挑战，我国一些困难甚至倒闭的中小企业管理层也面临相似的困境。 其原因可能有两个方面：一方面，他们不知如何处理当企业遭遇经营不善或特大困难，乃至破产倒闭时的一些诸如
