【摘要】:当前,中国汽车行业发展极为迅速,随着消费者对整车的要求越来越高,汽车已经不单单停留在“代步工具”上。其安全性、舒适性、动力性以及美观性也进入了广大消费者要求的范围内。汽车零部件作为汽车产业发展的根基,是促使整个汽车行业向上发展的必要条件。汽车零部件生产厂只有不断的提高管理水平、加强质量监控,才能使自身的产品能更好的满足汽车生产厂和消费者的需求。本文立足于一汽富晟长泰公司在宝来A、B、C上柱护板不合格品质量管理方面存在的主要问题,借鉴国内外汽车行业的先进管理方式和方法,对过程中易出现的问题进行统计分析,对公司现行的质量管理体系的有效性进行诊断,找出问题存在的原因,优化公司的质量管理体系;对宝来A、B、C上柱护板在过程中和在客户处产生不合格品的数据进行收集,传递,加工和整理,以此总结经验,制定相关的指导性文件,并鼓励全员参与质量管理,从而优化流程,降低公司内部不合格品的比率,并降低成本;建立有效的考核制度方案,对不良品在生产过程中、操作过程中、包装过程中、存储过程中以及客户处易出现的问题持续改进、纠正预防,建立系统的分析问题及解决问题的方法;通过建立服务控程序、顾客满意度控制程序,并结合快速反应机制,提高解决问题的效率,从而提升顾客满意度。分析问题及解决问题需要大量的数据资源为支撑,本文以2015年宝来A、B、C上柱护板的不合格比率为基础,通过质量管理体系优化方案设计,建立并实施了一系列的质量控制程序、质量保证及质量改进活动。通过验证,改进后的方案在一汽富晟长泰公司应用的效果较为明显,有效的提升了领导在质量管理中的作用,激发了全员参与质量管理的热情,降低了宝来A、B、C上柱护板的不合格品的比率,提高了产品的稳定性,降低了成本,同时减少了顾客抱怨。同时,交改进的经验进行总结,为公司后续的发展提供了有效的建议。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of China's automobile industry is very rapid, with the increasing demand of consumers for the whole vehicle, the car has not only stayed on the "step tool". Its safety, comfort, power and beauty have also entered the range of consumers' requirements. As the foundation of the development of the automobile industry, auto parts and components are the necessary conditions to promote the development of the whole automobile industry. Only by constantly improving management level and strengthening quality control can auto parts manufacturers better meet the needs of automobile manufacturers and consumers. Based on the main problems in FAW Fusheng company in Changtai, A B, C Bora existing column guard plate nonconforming product quality management, advanced management mode and method of automobile industry at home and abroad, carries on the statistical analysis to the problems in the process of diagnosis on the effectiveness of the company's current quality management system, find out the reasons of the problems, optimize the company's quality management system; transfer to A, B, C on the Polaris column guard plate at the customer in the process and the occurrence of unqualified products, data collection, processing and finishing, to sum up experience, to develop guidance documents, and to encourage the full participation in quality management, to optimize the process, reduce the ratio of internal nonconforming product, and reduce costs; the establishment of evaluation system for effective solutions of defective products in the production process, operation process, packaging process, storage process Easy and customer problem of continuous improvement, corrective and preventive, analysis system and method to solve the problem; through the establishment of customer satisfaction service control program, control program, and combined with the rapid reaction mechanism, improve the efficiency of solving the problem, so as to enhance customer satisfaction. To solve the problem and requires a large amount of data resources to support the analysis of the problem, this paper is based on the 2015 A, B, Bora C column guard plate unqualified ratio, through the optimization design of quality management system, the establishment and implementation of quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement activities. Through the verification, the effect of the improved scheme in the FAW Changtai Fusheng company applications is obvious, effectively enhance the leadership role in quality management, to stimulate the enthusiasm of full participation in quality management, reduce the rate of unqualified products, A, B, C on the Polaris column guard plate, provided with high stability products at the same time, reduce the cost, reduce customer complaints. At the same time, the improvement of the experience is summarized to provide effective suggestions for the future development of the company.
