【摘要】：技术创新活动中显示的创新能力受多因素的影响,如何科学评价技术创新能力及绩效,对于母线制造公司正确认识和把握自身的创新活动,制订适当的技术创新策略,提高竞争优势具有重要的现实意义。A公司是一家典型的母线制造公司,公司母线产品的研发与制造开始于20世纪90年代末。A公司瞄准市场需求,不断推进产品的转型升级,努力提高科技竞争力,取得了较快发展。但近年来,由于受多方面因素的制约,A公司研发投入不足,人才流失,产品单一化,公司战略上侧重于“短平快”类产品和项目,企业科技发展陷入停滞,创新能力下降。因此,如何提升该公司的技术创新能力,使得该公司能够持续运营并取得市场主导地位,是一个迫切需要研究的课题。本论文旨在通过分析母线制造的独特性以及当前技术创新的现状,构建企业技术创新体系与创新能力评价指标体系,从而提出针对母线制造类企业提升技术创新能力的方法。本文的主要研究内容结构如下:第一部分,分析技术创新以及技术创新能力和技术创新绩效的概念、并针对母线制造公司的特点,提出母线制造公司的技术创新以及技术创新能力和技术创新绩效的含义。第二部分,分析母线制造公司的特点及企业与国内外先进母线制造公司技术创新的现状,研究技术创新能力强弱问题,提出提升A公司技术创新能力的方法。第三部分,建立A母线制造公司技术创新体系与技术创新能力评价指标体系。第四部分,利用综合评价方法建立母线制造公司技术创新绩效评价模型,具体评估A公司技术创新绩效。最后,针对A公司技术创新评估结果提出对策建议。
[Abstract]:The innovation ability shown in the technological innovation activities is affected by many factors. How to evaluate the technological innovation ability and performance scientifically, and how to correctly understand and grasp their own innovation activities for the busbar manufacturing companies. It is of great practical significance to formulate appropriate technical innovation strategy and improve competitive advantage. A company is a typical busbar manufacturing company. The development and manufacture of busbar products began in the end of 1990s. A company aimed at the market demand, continuously promoted the transformation and upgrading of products, and made great efforts to improve the competitiveness of science and technology. However, in recent years, it has made rapid development. Due to the constraints of various factors, such as insufficient R & D investment, brain drain and product simplification, the company has focused on "short, flat, fast" products and projects, and the development of enterprise science and technology has stalled. Therefore, how to improve the company's technological innovation ability, so that the company can continue to operate and gain market dominance. The purpose of this paper is to construct the enterprise technological innovation system and the evaluation index system of innovation ability by analyzing the uniqueness of busbar manufacturing and the current status of technological innovation. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part analyzes the concept of technological innovation and technological innovation ability and technological innovation performance. According to the characteristics of busbar manufacturing company, the paper puts forward the meaning of technology innovation, technological innovation ability and technological innovation performance of busbar manufacturing company. The second part. This paper analyzes the characteristics of busbar manufacturing company and the present situation of technological innovation between enterprises and advanced busbar manufacturing companies at home and abroad, studies the problem of the strength of technological innovation ability, and puts forward the methods to enhance the technological innovation capability of company A. Part three. Set up A busbar manufacturing company technology innovation system and technology innovation ability evaluation index system. 4th part, using the comprehensive evaluation method to establish the busbar manufacturing company technology innovation performance evaluation model. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the evaluation results of A company's technological innovation.
