【摘要】：当经济特区在合适的条件下被正确地实施,它便能成为推进工业化进程的有效工具。从20世纪80年代开始,经济特区就成为了中国从计划经济走向市场经济的实验场,代表着中国务实性和试验性并重的改革发展路径。其中一个具有代表性的成功例子是90年代初中国和新加坡共同合作开发的一个现代化工业城镇——苏州工业园区。苏州工业园区的成功不仅体现在经济层面,更体现在城市建设和社会发展方面。其中一条重要的经验是,在一个疲软的市场环境中,东道主国家的政府可以充分利用"他山之石"(即国外的专业技术知识以及合作伙伴关系),结合当地优势,通过建立一个整体优化的营商体系,来成功打造产业园区。旨在探讨苏州工业园区的成功因素和重要经验,并同时为其他发展
[Abstract]:When the special economic zone is properly implemented under the right conditions, it can become an effective tool to advance the industrialization process. From 1980s onwards.
